本文是通过本人在鞍山银行工作的经历的实际情况,并通过所学习到的相关理
论知识相结合。本文希望运用老师教授给予我的知识、理念和方法来分析一些现实
问题。由于人力资源培训工作一直是大多企业,容易忽略或相对投入较少的环节,目
前要想将在职培训工作从一般投入提升到企业战略的高度层面去开展,需要花费更
多的时间让企业决策管理层去对员工的在职培训工作付诸于行动,并且认真实。
本文在这种时代背景下,立足于现代人力资源培训基本理论并通过结合职业生
涯规划管理理论所建立的培训体系进行研究。对国内外各种不同的人力资源培训理
论进行综合整理分析,并与国内外先进的银行作为比较,通过实证对鞍山银行的在
职培训进行分析。对于鞍山银行现有培训状态做出了问卷调查,通过抽样调查,并
且进行深入分析进而整合出鞍山银行在职培训所存在的问题及产生的原因,最后提
出建议措施来改善这个问题。在新建立的培训措施中,创新构建了鞍山银行员工在
职培训模式的整体框架,从员工职业生涯规划理念的角度出发建立一种新的培训模
式体系,把员工的职业生涯发展与切身利益和银行的发展目标结合在一起,形成一
种双赢的效果。

Along with the development of the era and the advent of economic globalization, has
