随着经济的飞速发展、工业的不断革新,噪音和振动已成为各行业各领域发展的制

约条件。它严重影响到了产品的质量,降低产品的可操作性,减少产品的寿命,降低人

们使用的安全性,并且造成环境污染、影响人们身体健康。现阶段研究、掌握、控制噪

音和震动技术,已经成为世界各个国家工业发展所面临的重大问题。人们经常通过利用

橡胶和骨架材料,比如用金属作的骨架,还有纤维、工程塑料等复合制成的橡胶减震件

来克服振动、噪音问题。如今橡胶减震件已被广泛应用到汽车、摩托车、沙滩车、越野

车和建筑工程等各个行业。为确保橡胶减震件在各行各业、各仪器设备中的有效使用,

橡胶减震件开发项目的质量管理成为研究的重要问题。

本文以SSR公司的减震件开发项目质量管理研究为例,通过利用项目质量管理的

相关知识,对SSR公司的减震件开发项目中存在的问题进行分析和实践,提出相关的

质量管理改进措施,如改进流程,进行过程监管,利用过程失效模式分析,釆用六西格

玛分析方法等帮助公司在减震件开发项目质量管理方面更上一层楼,提升公司项目质量

管理水平,巩固公司产品质量,来不断提高公司的核心竞争力。本文的研究不仅可以解

决产品问题,降低报废率,而且也能帮助公司规范项目开发流程,提高产品开发的成功

率,用完善的质量保证为公司赢得时间,赢得成本,赢得客户,实现效益最大化,同时

也可以为其他企业提供参考和借鉴。

Rubber Damper Development Project Quality Management Research

Abstract

With the rapid development of economy,industrial innovation,noise and vibration has

become the restriction condition of the development of various industries in various fields. It

seriously affected the quality of the products,reduce the operability of the products, reduce

the service life of product, reduce the safety of the people, and environmental pollution,

influence people healthy. Currently, noise and vibration control technology, has become the

world's major issues for each country's industrial development. People often, through the use

of rubber and insert materials,inserts such as metal inserts or fabric or composite plastics to

make rubber damper to overcome the noise and vibration problems. Now rubber vibration

damper has been widely applied to automobiles, motocycles,ATV,UTV and constructions

and other various industries. In order to ensure the rubber shock absorption in all walks of life,

the effective use of various devices,the project development quality management of rubber

vibration damper has become an important problem to study.

Based on the project development quality management research of SSR rubber damper,

for example, by using the knowledge of project quality management, SSR take existing

project to do analysis, and some related quality management improvement measures are put

forward, such as procedure improvement, process control, using the process failure mode

effecive analysis, the six sigma analysis methods to help company to upgrade project

development quality management to a high level,to enhance the level of project quality

management and strengthen the company product quality, to improve the core competence of

the company. Not only can this paper research help solve the problem of products,reduce

scrap rate, it can also help the company standardize the project development process,improve

the success rate of the product development with perfect quality assurance for the company to

catch time,save the cost,win customers,and reach the maximum of benefit. At the same time

it could also provide references for other enterprises to learn.
