摘要

随着现代科学技术的日益进步和迅猛发展,人们越来越关心生产的安全问题,但

是纵观国内外安全事故并没有呈下降趋势,生产事故己经成为安全生产最大的障碍和

敌人。根据统计资料显示,80%的企业生产事故都是由于人的不安全行为造成的。作为

大型制造型企业的BG公司也不例外。预防和控制BG公司员工在生产作业中的不安全行

为是减少人员伤亡和经济损失的根本保障。因此,研究适合BG公司自身特点的员工作

业行为安全管理模式具有重要的现实意义。

本文在收集大量行为安全管理、不安全行为的相关理论和中外文献的基础上,通过

BG公司内部事故报告以及违章数据查找出员工作业行为安全管理存在的主要问题,以案

例的形式表现出来,阐明了公司安全问题的严重性;继而通过现场访谈和行动学习法对

这些问题进行深层次的剖析,初步确定了个体素质、群体组织、领导作用、人机匹配4

个主要影响因素;然后运用层次分析法对各影响因素进行重要度排序,选取重要度较高

的因素进行实证研究;构建了具有BG公司自身特点的员工作业行为安全管理模式。最

后文章运用了 “安全心理学、安全行为学、安全管理学、组织行为学、安全文化、危险

源辨识、计算机技术、正激励”等理论和方法展开撰写,并提出有针对性的对策和保障

措施,以控制和减少员工在生产作业中的不安全行为。

通过问卷调查,同时结合模糊综合评价法对模式构建后的效果进行多方面的综合评

价,验证了模式构建后各项措施的可操作性和合理性,可供相关企业参考。

Construction of staff work behavior safety management model in BG

company

Abstract

With the progress and the development of modern science, people are increasingly

concerned about the safety of production. But domestic and foreign security incidents didn't

decline. The safety accidents are the biggest obstacles and enemies. According to the studies

and statistics show that 80% accidents in construction enterprises produce caused by unsafe

behavior. BG is not exception. Prevention and control of the accidents caused by unsafe

behavior which happened in BG employees is the fundamental guarantee for reducing

personnel casualties and economic loss. Therefore, the researching of proper business conduct

work safety management is imperative.

Based on the theory and collect a large number of Chinese and Foreign literature

behavioral safety management and unsafe behavior,through BG internal incident reporting

and data to find out the main issues of safe management behavior exists,in the form of case to

clarify the seriousness of the company's safety problems to prove the important of the safety.

Followed by on-site interviews and action learning on these issues in-depth analysis,initially

identified four major factors are personal qualities,group organization, leadership and

environmental equipment; then according to the importance use AHP to sort factors,

researching the most important fact. Finally, the writer use of the “safety psychology, safety

behavior, safety management, organizational behavior, safety culture, risk source

identification,computer technology etc.,and put forward some countermeasures and

safeguards measures, in order to control and reduce the unsafe behavior of employees in the

work.

Through questionnaires, then use the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to

Evaluation, to verify the model、practical and rationality, to provide a reference for the

company.
