仓库运营是指利用仓库以及货架、叉车、扫描枪等设施设备和仓库信息管理系统对

货物进行储存和保管。仓储物流是商品流通的最重要的环节之一,也是整体物流活动的

重要支柱,对整体供应链物流环节来说既有缓冲与调节的功能,也具备增值的功能。

本论文的样本仓库位于洋山保税港区,拥有先进的仓储设施设备和仓库管理信息系

统,并拥有一支具备先进的第三方物流运作经验和管理经验的团队。但随着客户数量的

不断增加,业务类型也更加多样化,客户服务模式也越来越复杂。在这个过程中,仓库

运营中的问题点也不断暴露,如仓库总体的库存利用率较低,极个别客户的库存周期过

长,整体的操作流程不顺畅,导致整体操作差错率过高等问题。在行业竞争不断加剧的

环境下,如何提升仓库整体运作效率,不断降低运作成本,从而在保证仓库整体运作效

率较高和成本相对较低的同时并确保客户的满意度,就成了亟待解决的问题。

论文作者拥有超过十年的第三方物流行业的工作经历,论文样本仓库选取了OE物

流位于洋山保税港区的物流仓库作为研究对象,结合工作中的实际案例,对仓库运营中

最主要的环节如库存存放策略、进出库操作流程和仓库信息管理系统等方面作了详细的

分析,发现了样本仓库在仓库运营中存在的问题,如存放策略不合理、进出库操作流程

不顺畅以及仓库管理系统不完善等问题,这些问题都直接导致了本样本仓库整体运营效

率较低,仓库整体运作成本较高。

本论文作者运用库存管理及仓储管理理论对于仓库的布局、出入库运作流程及仓库

操作系统优化上提出自己的意见及建议。优化方案实施后,仓库整体布局变的更为合理,

整体作业效率有了很大的提高,仓库整体运营成本也得以降低。

OE Logistics Free Port Trade Area warehouse Optimized Study

Abstract

Warehouse operation is an activity of goods storage and preservation by means of racks,

folk lifts,scanners and other facilities together with warehouse management system.

Warehousing, which mostly supporting the overall logistics activities,witii the function of

buffering,regulating the whole supply chain and value added service providing,acts one of

the most important role during commodity circulation.

Ocean East, as the sample warehouse of the thesis,locating in FTP,Yang Shan, Shanghai, is

running by an experienced team in 3rd party logistics area with advanced facilities. The

situation of customer service is getting more complicate in face of increasing clients with

diverse business types. Problems in warehouse operation are emerging, long turnover period

of some client's goods contributing to a crisis of space utilization whilst unsmooth operation

process leading to a high operation error rate. Under the background of fierce competition in

the industry, how to secure customer satisfaction with relative low operation cost bases on

efficiency improving is a problem yet to solve.

The author of the article with more than ten years' working experience in 3rd party logistics

area, has been getting into daily operation of the sample warehouse, conducting analysis on

warehouse storage location methods, goods in/outbound process, WMS etc,and figured out

that high operation cost and low operation efficiency of the warehouse mostly attributes to

mentioned factors above.

The author has delivered solution on smoothing goods in/outbound process, optimizing

warehouse layout and WMS to fit actual demands with the help of theory of warehouse &

inventory. There is a more reasonable warehouse layout to improve operation efficiency and

get the cost down with the optimization solution implemented.
