纺织业是我国对外出口的主要支柱行业,而其中的家用纺织品近二十年来在国际

贸易中也扮演着非常重要的角色,为我国外汇收入的增加做出了重大贡献。贸易空前

扩张频率必然会遇到更多的贸易摩擦和纠纷。各国政府为了保护本国企业限制进口,

采取了多种贸易保护措施,其中新贸易壁垒的出现成为了我国出口贸易的最大障碍,

尤其对纺织品行业出口的影响非同一般。面对巨大的国际市场,企业尤其是中小企业

在追求出口规模的同时更要注意加强风险意识和风险控制以避免重大损失。芬兰F公

司的供应商主要是出口全棉印花床上用品家用纺织品的国内中小型企业,面临着世界

国际市场同行业的激烈竞争和出口产品各种风险的严峻挑战,所以本文通过F公司的

供应商案例找出全棉印花床上用品在出口贸易中可能遇到的各种风险以及努力寻找那

些有效方案能更好地规避或者降低各种出口所遭遇的风险程度。

在综述与贸易风险因素及控制相关文献的基础上,本文对F公司供应商的出口经

营及风险控制进行了案例研究。首先大概介绍了全棉印花床上用品的特性和出口现状。

其次,分析了我国全棉印花床上用品的出口风险。第三,重点介绍了供应商M公司在

出口全棉印花床上用品所面临的各种风险包括网络交易平台安全风险等等。第四,对

出口风险如何更好地管理以及最大化地降低风险程度进行了探讨和提出一些相关建议。

Abstract

The textile industry is the main pillar industry in China's exports trading, and home

textiles also played a very important role in recent twenty years in international trade, which

made a significant contribution to the increase in China's foreign exchange income. However,

the textile industry is also one of the trade friction event multiple industries. In order to

protect the domestic enterprises, many governments take a variety of trade protection

measures, including the emergence of new trade barrier has become the biggest obstacle to

China's export trade, especially the impact on the home textile industry export. Facing the

huge international market,enterprises especially small and medium-sized enterprises in the

pursuit of export scale at the same time, more attention should be paid to strengthen the risk

consciousness and risk control to avoid big losses. Finland F company's suppliers are mainly

small and medium-sized domestic enterprises, which mainly export cotton printed beddings,

facing the severe challenge in the world of international market of the same industry and

fierce competition of export products of various risks. So by F company supplier cases to

find all kinds of risks of the exporting printed cotton bedding linens and try to find the

effective scheme which can better avoid or reduce export risk degree is the main purpose of

this thesis.

On the basis of review trade risk factors and the related literatures, this paper mainly

study the cases of F company supplier on management and risk control of the export

business. First of all, introduce the characteristics and present situation of cotton bedding

exporting. Second, analyze pure cotton printed bedding export risks of our countries. Third,

focuses on various risks the supplier M company faces in the export cotton printed bedding

which includes network security of trading risk etc. Fourth, discuss and put forward some

relevant suggestions on how to avoid export risks and maximize the lower risk degree.
