中国建设银行国际业务开展较早,业务全面,市场份额较大,研究其国际业务现

况及发展,对全行业业务现状,特别是起步较晚的股份制中小银行尤其具有借鉴价值

和重要意义。建行抚顺分行国际业务近年来发展较快,业务结构不断优化,产品种类

日益丰富,在地区银行国际业务领域极具代表性。本论文以建设银行抚顺分行国际业

务为课题,通过深入调查研究,发现问题、分析问题存在原因、提出发展的策略。

本文以国际业务相关理论产品为基础,详细分析了目前抚顺建设银行国际业务开

展的情况,并运用SWOT分析等方法,重点研究了抚顺建设银行国际业务产品构成,业

务流程解析,对重点产品和要点进行了较为细致的分析。在产品研究的基础上分析分

行在区域间发展中面临的竞争环境,以及优势,劣势,机遇,挑战和威胁。通过对建

设银行国际业务的全面梳理与研究努力发现其流程优化方向,产品种类的配置,发现

内控制度存在的问题等,为建设银行国际业务的进一步发展提供行之有效的对策和合

理化建议。以期对建行抚顺分行国际业务条线如何应对激烈的竞争、树立自身的竞争

优势提供有效的借鉴。

Abstract

Research of international business development

strategies for CCB Fushun branch

Abstract

China Construction Bank has a lot of experience at international business,a

comprehensive range of business scope and large percentage of market share, which could

be provide the reference value and significant meaningful things for banking industry,

especially for joint-stock small and medium-sized banks through study of its international

business status and direction of development. CCB Fushun branch has been keeping rapid

steps at international business development with constantly optimized business structure

and enlarged product range in recent years,which formed highly representative in the field

of regional banks.Under above background, take international business,of Fushun Branch of

CCB as a case, which help to proposed development strategy through in-depth research,

identify problems and analyze problems reasons.

This article at the basis of International business theories and products and present a

detailed analysis of international business development of CCB fushun branch. Meanwhile,

we focuse on the Fushun branch's international business structure, business processes and

make a detailed analysis about key products and their points with SWOT analysis.

Aparting product research and analysis, we make a in-depth analyse about the competitive

environment faced by the branches in the inter-regional development, as well as the

advantages, opportunities, challenges and threats. According to a comprehensively review

and research about the Construction Bank of International Business,we try to make efforts

to identify the optimized direction, the right way to configurate the products and find the

existing problems of the internal control system,etc. The final aim we want to achived is

that something can be adapt to provide effective measures and rationalization proposals for

the further development of CCB .Expecting this article could be useful experience and

lessons for CCB fushun Branch to meet fierce competition and gain competitive

advantages.
