卡耐基梅隆大学组织发起的Management Game课程(简称MG),是其管理教
育的一门顶石课程。MG是依赖于现代信息技术(特别是国际互联网络)的发展,
以卡耐基梅隆大学的MG课程交互式计算机管理模拟系统为支撑,构建了一套动态
模拟国际产业经营环境的系统。作为传统毕业论文的等价课程,实践与理论相结
合:进行@司三年模拟运营与实践。模拟环境分为多个独立的世界,每个世界有5
支队伍各自经营一个公司,每个公司有2个工厂,各自生产不同市场定位的高、低
端品牌的腕表,产品分别销往中国、德国、英国、日本、墨西哥和美国六个不同
的市场。公司的运作和管理包括战略规划、财务、生产、营销、产品研发以及人
力资源等各各方面。
本文以MBA课程中的管理理论、概念和方法为基础,结合相关文献资料作为
理论基础,对生产战略规划理论进行深入研究和学习。研究是以MG环境下计时国
际表业公司最近三年(即2011-2013年)的模拟经营为基础,在生产战略规划的理
论基础上,对模拟环境的财务数据、生产数据,营销数据进行分析,对实践过程
进行指导和修正。分析环球计时表业公司高端产品典藏(GT-C)系列腕表生产能
力现状及发展趋势,以制定生产运营战略,参与企业决策,对生产现状进行分析
与未来发展预测。本文主要内容包含生产环境分析、生产战略规划以及生产战略
实施等方面。

Research on Brand GT-C Production Strategy
of Globe Time Co., Ltd.
under MG Environment
Abstract
Management Game (short for MG) is one of the Capstone courses which is run
by Carnegie Mellon University. MG is based on an internet interact simulation system
and constructs a multinational, dynamic and competitive environment. MG course is
same value as traditional thesis which included both the oretics and practices. In MG
environment, each company will be operated for three years. The entire software
environment contains several seprated worlds, each worlds included five international
companies have two factories lived in different country, and produce two types of wist
watches with different quality. The products will be saled to six major retailing
markets, which are Japan, Mexico, China, UK, Germany and US. The company
management included strategy plan,marketing, production, financial, human resource,
research and development.
This thesis’ theory basis is based on the theory, conception and method of MBA
and combined with related documents. This thesis is to deeply research and learn the
theory of production strategy plan. The research is based on the recent three years
(2011-2013) production practice of watch brand GT-C with high quality under MG
environment. From the history data and production theory, we analysis the operation
situation, the decision of competitors and the behavior of customers to conclude
forecast, and then launch,execute and adjust the production strategy plan to achieve
targets. The main content includes productioti environment analysis, the production
strategy chose,and the production execute.
