摘要

为了解决J公司渠道内日益严重的窜货问题,同时有效遏制国内市场中普遍的假货

现象,J公司经过长期的研究与分析,通过集团内部员工、外部分销商、终端零售商、

忠诚客户、以及应用系统供应商的共同讨论,决定引入先进的RFID技术,建立基于RFID

技术的产品可追溯系统。

本文以J公司基于RFID技术的产品可追溯系统为研究对象,全面说明了可追溯系

统的技术基础、业务目标、功能需求、系统实现方案、以及经过优化的操作流程与管理

方法,最后通过比较系统上线前后的业务变化,详细说明了系统所达到的直接和间接管

理收益。

基于RFID技术的产品可追朔系统成功解决了渠道窜货和市场假货泛滥的问题。解

决问题的关键就是信息的真实性和真实信息的有效传递,在此基础上,信息的价值进一

步获得提升,这些信息能够被进一步应用在企业商务智能和企业系统集成等领域中。

Research on RFID Technology of the J Group Commodities Tracing

System

Abstract

In order to solve the increasingly serious problems of fleeing commodities, and to crack

down on counterfeit commodities in domestic market effectively as well, the J Group decided

to make a tracing system which is based on the advanced RFID technology after a long-term

research and analysis. This system was set up by the full discussions among the internal staff,

external distributors,terminal retailers,the loyal customers and the system suppliers.

This paper targeted on RFID technology of the J group commodities tracing system,

fully explained the basis supporting technology,business objectives, function requirements,

system scheme and the optimized flow and the new management method of the tracing

system. Finally, this paper compared the business changes before and after the on-line system

in use and gave the detailed description of the direct and indirect management benefits by

using the system.

The system can solve problems of fleeing and counterfeit commodities. The key of

which is the authenticity of the information and the effective transmission of these

information. On this basis, the value of the information will be further promoted,which can

be applied into area of enterprise business intelligence and enterprise system integration and

so on.
