每一次新的革命技术出现与发展,都会对建设工程这一经历了几百年的传统行业产

生变革。进入二十一世纪,随着电子信息化技术的日新月异以及建筑施工方面工艺及理

念的变化,建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,简称BIM)作为一种新的

建设施工理念和一种新的生产工具方式得到了建筑业内的广泛关注,国内外对于BIM的

研究在最近几年也有飞跃式的发展,BIM技术在一些重大型项目上取得了广泛的运用。

在建设工程项目过程中,成本的控制管理是极其重要的,贯穿于建设工程整个环节。

有效的成本控制管理,可以在经济、质量、时间进度等方面带来可观的效益。本文在文

献综述的基础上,通过BIM技术的运用与建设工程成本控制相互结合进行分析,认为BIM

技术不仅是一个先进的生产工具,更重要的是通过BIM技术能将多维度模型取代图纸成

为建设生产过程的主要信息媒介,从而使传统建设模式下基于图纸的生产流程转变为基

于模型的生产流程,从整体上提高工程建设的自动化水平。可以说BIM技术是一项对工

程建设行业产生深远影响的技术。本文也通过研究BIM技术结合成本管理及控制,进一

步深化工程建设过程,研究通过运用BIM技术来提高建设工程项目管理的成本、质量、

进度,降低人工、时间等经济成本的可行性。

A Research on cost management and data analysis of BIM technology in the A project

Abstract

Every revolutionary technology will change the traditional construction engineering that

has been existed for hundreds years. Entering the 21st century, with the changes of electronic

information technology and the changes of the process and philosophy in construction

engineering, the Building Information Modeling (BIM) has been widely concerned by the

construction industry as a new concept of construction engineering and a new production

means. The domestic and overseas studies on BIM developed significantly in recent years.

BIM technology has been widely used in some major large-scale projects.

In the construction process of engineering projects, costs control and management is

extremely important, which penetrated the whole construction project. Effective costs control

and management can bring considerable benefits in economy,quality,schedule, and so on.

Based on the literature review and the combination of the application of BIM technology and

the costs control of the construction project, this paper holds that BIM technology is not only

an advanced production means, what is more importantly that through the BIM technology,

the multi-dimensional model can replace drawings to be a major information media in the

construction and production process, so as to transfer the traditional construction mode of

drawings-based work flow into a model-based work flow,which improved the entire

automation level of the engineering construction. BIM technology made a profound impact on

the engineering construction industry. Based on the studies on BIM and combination of costs

control and management, this paper future deepened the process of engineering construction

and studied the feasibility of improving the costs, quality and time schedule of construction

project management, and reducing the economic costs of labor, time,etc. by means of BIM

technology.
