在信息及资源全球化的今天,市场竞争已经发展为全球化的竞争,其竞争核心也已经
由企业之间的竞争演变到企业所处的供应链之间的竞争。食品包装机械制造业企业也不
例外,作为全球最大的食品包装机械企业之一,Husky公司已经开始注重供应链管理,
但尚处于起步阶段,特别是在供应链成本管理方面有待加强。
本文首先阐述了研究的背景及意义,综述了国内外相关研究成果,设计了研究的技
术路线,接着,介绍了供应链及其成本管理的基本定义、供应链成本管理的基本原理、
供应链成本管理的特点与内容、及供应链成本管理工具等。在此基础上,结合了 Husky
进行了研究。介绍了该公司的情况,分析了其对供应链成本管理的现状、面临的问题和
原因,进而提出了公司供应链成本管理的优化目标、优化方案和优化路径。最后通过该
公司S项目的运行及运行结果评价,论证了本文提出的供应链成本优化方案,如建立与
供应商战略联盟,联合供应商通过资源共享,战略合作等降低公司库存水平等是可行的。

Research On Supply Chain Cost Management Of Husky
(Shanghai)
Abstract
With the trade liberalization and resource allocation globalization, the
competition in the market has become the global competition. And the focus
has been changed to supply chain of company in stead of enterprise,
especially in the trend of development of supply chain cost management in
beverage package machines. And Husky is one of the biggest beverage
machines maker in the world.
In this thesis, it introduces the definition of Supply Chain cost
management and the basic principles firstly, such as the formation and
development, characteristics and content. And based on these theories,
combined with the reality of Husky and made the analysis on the methods of
Supply Chain cost management, as well as the problems and causes we are
facing. Therefore the optimum target of Supply Chain cost management and
proposals and route have been put forward.
Lastly, the optimum proposals have been proved by the operation of S
project such as create the strategy of alliance with the suppliers and reduce
the inventory level of the company by share the information and cooperate
with the suppliers. These have been proved that it is possible and doable.
