摘要:随着我国文化产业体制改革的推进:、 ’一,更为深入的改
革不可避免。在改革的过程中,如何合理、有效地科学管理人力资源,
充分调动传媒员工的积极性和创造性,人尽其才、才尽其用,有效实
现传媒发展的战略目标,意义重大。作为文化产业核心层面的广电
传媒更是进入到了 一个整時V/^^J.
本文采用理论与实际相结合的方式,以人力资源管理、组织行为
学等学科作为理论基础,将湘中广电传媒人力资源管理与幵发作为对
象进行研究。通过访谈、调查问卷等方式对公司人力资源现状进行分
析,结合企业发展战略,对岗位结构失衡、人员素质下滑、专业技术
人员断层、员工流失率高等问题进行对症下药,提出湘中广电应从战
略的高度上重视人力资源的开发,并采用丰富的人力资源开发手段,
从招聘、培训、职业规划、激励机制等角度制定湘中广电的人力资
源幵发的具体对策措施。
通过本文的研究,其最终目的就是促进湘中广电传媒的可持续发
展,并为其他类似企业提供参考。

Research on Human Resources Development of Radio and
Television Media in Xiangzhong City
ABSTRACT : The current reform of China's cultural industry in full

the core aspects of cultural radio and television media industry is entering
into a period of adjustment as a whole, and therefore more in-depth
reform is inevitable. Human resources are the primary resource for the
development of modern society, the media industry competition, in fact,
human resources competition. Only effective development of human
resources, rational scientific management of human resources, and fully
mobilize the enthusiasm of the media and creative staff, properly utilized,
can make the best use, in order to effectively achieve the strategic goal of
media development.
In this paper, a combination of theory and practical approach to
human resource management, organizational behavior and other
disciplines as the theoretical basis for enterprise development strategy as
a guide, the Hunan Radio and Television Media Human Resources
Management and Development as an object for study. Through interviews,
questionnaires, etc. on the company's human resources to analyze the
