供应链金融的产生有其深刻的历史背景和市场需求,是随着供应链及供应链管理
理论与实践的发展而形成并发展而来的,
难问题提供了新的思路。随着全球范围内产业链分工协作日趋发展,同时伴随着互联
网技术及电子信息技术的发展, 。
本文首先从文献研究入手,对供应链金融的相关理论进行了分析,厘清了供应链
金融的概念,并对供应链金融的供给主体发展趋势展开了分析研究。而后,结合理论
分析, ,指出了国内供应链金融发展存在
供给主体单一化的问题。
针对这一问题,本文提出了供应链核心企业、第三方物流企业、 电商企业等
非银行主体转型发展供应链金融的观点,并进行了必要性、可行性分析,提出了转型
的相关措施。在非银行主体发展供应链金融的具体实现途径上,本文提出了创建“供
应链金融服务公司”的解决思路,并从具体应用角度给出了相关运作模式、产品与服
务内容及流程、风险管理措施等具体方式。最后,结合作者工作实际,通过具体实践
案例,进一步验证非银行主体创建“供应链金融服务公司”的实际应用意义。

Research on Supply Chain Finance Led by
Non-bank Participants
Abstract
Supply chain financ e has a long history and vast background which have fertilized
management theory and practice and provided new thoughts for small -medium sized
enterprise financing. New features have emerged while global industrial division and
internet electronic information technology keeps updated.
This research starts with files to analyze relative supply chain financ e theory and
present a vivid supply chain financ e concept. Then goes to analysis on development
tendency of suppliers in the supply chain. After that, this research puts forward the
problem of singularity of suppliers in the domestic market by studying both theory and the
situation of domestic and overseas supply chain finance reality.
As to the above problem, this research proposed that the core enterprise, third -party
logistic company and B2B internet business could transform into a supply chain financ e
supplier and analyzes on the necessity, possibility and measures to be taken. This research
also stipulates supply chain financ e company is an instrument for non -bank participants to
develop supply chain financ e. Meanwhile, relative operation mode, products, services,
procedures and risk management measures are displayed. Finally, the writer tests
foundation of supply chain financ e company by non -bank participants, combining own
working experience and specific cases.
