本文结合作者自身工作实际和调查研究所得，把所学经济学和管理学的一
般理论和各种分析方法运用到邯郸冀南新区的产业集群现状和存在的问题的分
析上。邯郸冀南新区应当根据国内经济形势的新要求和新变化，适应国际经济
结构加速和全球经济一体化发展重组的趋势，通过提高产业集群的创新能力和
竞争力，充分发挥政府的支持作用，尽快进行本地区产业组织的创新，形成独
具当地特色的产业体系。鉴于产业集群作为地区产业组织创新的重要形式，产
业集群研究对于邯郸冀南新区乃至全国各地区产业竞争力的提升和地区产业的
有序协调发展具有重要的现实意义。
