摘 要
在市场经济与科学技术迅速发展并推动生产力快速提高的年代,企业竞争在于
人才的竞争,而人才的竞争在于其不断更新的知识与智慧的较量。因此,企业只有
不断的学习新知识、培训新技能,才能在激烈的竞争中保持优势。企业竞争进行的
历史和现实说明:常受培训的员工懂得如何利用新知识、新技能,而不接受培训的
员工则是新知识、新技能的牺牲品。这是因为在企业的生产经营过程中,无论有多
么充裕的资金和多么先进高效率的设备,都必须由人去管理和使用。因此,培训员
工是增强企业人力资源竞争力的关键。

有鉴于此,本文以“员工资培训存在的问题及其防范对策研究”为题,从三个部
分对该选题进行了分析:第一部分回顾了与本选题相关的理论综述;第二部分分
析了企业员工培训的现状、问题及原因;第三部分论证了河南 GF 公司员工培训
中存在的问题及其防范对策的方面的问题。以企业与学术界共同探索高速公路企
业经营发展过程中所产生的一些新问题。

Abstract
In the age of market economy and the rapid development of science and technology
and promote the rapid increase in productivity, business competition is the competition of
talent, and the talent competition is the constant updating of knowledge and wisdom.
Therefore, only by constantly learning new knowledge, new skills training, can the
enterprise keep the advantage in the fierce competition. The history and reality of
enterprise competition shows that: often trained employees know how to take advantage
of new knowledge, new skills, and not trained employees were victims of new
knowledge, new skills. This is because that in the process of production and
management, no matter how sufficient capital and how advanced and high
efficiency equipments, all of these must be used and managed by people . Therefore, the
training of employees is the key to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise human
resources.
For this reason, the paper use research on the problems and countermeasures
in enterprise training in the title, three parts of the topics were analyzed: The first part
reviews the theories related to the topic; The second part analyses the present
situation, problems and reasons of enterprise staff training; The third part demonstrates
the problems that existed in the Henan GF company staff training and the
countermeasures against the problems. In order to combine with the academic
community to explore some new problems arising in the process of business
development.
