高技术服务开放集成创新网络参与主体利益分配研究_MBA论文(64页)

摘 要
产业和技术的高度融合,市场和技术的迅速发展改变了传统的价值创造模式,
制造业服务化趋势和由大型领先企业主导的高技术服务系统解决方案为用户、企
业自身及其产业网络广大成员创造了巨大价值。价值创造逐渐由传统的一次性产
品或服务销售增值,转变为“终端+平台+内容+服务”的长期盈利。价值创造主
体也由单个企业转变为跨组织、跨行业的多主体协同创造。在高技术服务领域,
产出不再是单纯的产品或者服务而是产品/服务系统,系统中的某一模块的单独运
行并不能为用户带来价值,与此同时,高技术服务创新具有明显的复杂性、高风
险和高成本特征。因此,在高技术服务领域,参与创新网络成为理想选择。高技
术服务创新网络通过开放创新集成各个创新模块,为最终用户提供系统解决方案,
在为用户提供价值的同时实现自己的增值目标,探索促进其持续发展的合作利益
分配机制和科学的治理模式,具有重要的理论与实践意义。

本文首先对技术创新理论、战略管理理论、网络治理理论等理论进行系统阐
述,系统回顾了高技术服务创新、开放集成创新网络、价值网及参与主体利益分
配等方面的研究成果。基于高技术服务创新网络利益特性和参与主体的目标异质
性,构建了改进的 Shapley 值法二阶段修正模型,揭示了不同主体参与合作创新
的动力与利益分配机理。最后,通过苹果 iOS 开放集成创新网络案例研究对利益
分配模型及机理进行了验证。

研究结果表明,互利合作是高技术服务创新发展的必然选择,参与创新网络
是高技术服务企业在未来竞争中取得成功的基本保障。经两阶段修正后的利益分
配机制,更能体现创新网络主导企业的主导能力及其对于合作剩余的控制权,也
提升了所有参与者的价值和多样化目标,同时,创新网络的健康发展也需要良好
的创新环境和政府的支持。对于促进我国企业积极主导和参与创新网络、提升价
值创造和动态发展能力具有深刻的启示和政策含义。

Abstract
As the high integration of industries with technology and the rapid development
of market with technology changes the traditional value-creating mode, the servicing
trend in manufacturing industry and the high-tech service system solutions dominated
by large-scale leading enterprises are creating huge value for users, enterprises, and
the majority of members in industrial networks. Value-creating has gradually
transformed from traditional disposable product or value-added service sale to a
long-term profit mode of ―terminal + platform + content + service‖. So it is with
value-creating subjects, of which cross-organizational, cross-industrial multi-subjects
co-creation replaced previous single enterprise. Especially in high-tech service field,
output is no longer a simple product or service but a product/ service system, among
which the isolated operation of one single module brings no value for users.
Meanwhile, high-tech service innovation goes with obvious complexity, high risk and
high cost. Therefore, in high-tech service field, participating in innovation network
becomes an ideal choice. By means of integrating different innovation modules in an
open innovation network, high-tech service innovation network provides systematic
solutions for ultimate users and realizes its own value-added target at the time of
offering value. Hence, it is both theoretically and practically significant to explore the
right cooperative interest distribution mechanism and scientific governance mode for
the sustainable development of high-tech service innovation network.
In this article, firstly, we give a systematic introduction of technological
innovation theory, strategic management theory and network governance theory etc
and then make a systematic review about the research achievements of high -tech
service innovation, open integration innovation network, value network and
participant interest distribution etc. Secondly, based on the characteristics of
high-tech service innovation network interests and the difference of participants ’
objects, we construct a two-stage Shapley modified model to disclose the distribution
mechanism of the impetus and interest of cooperation innovation with different
participants. Finally, we try to verify the interest distribution mode and mechanism
through a case study of iPhone iOS’s open integrated innovation network.
According to the research results, mutual beneficial cooperation is the inevitable
choice for the development of high-tech service innovation and participating in
