经过三十多年的改革与发展,我国农业生产能力得到了很大提高,农村面貌
也发生巨大改变,农业和农村经济发展进入了一个新的阶段。人们从过去仅仅注
重农业产量,变得现在更加注重农业生产的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益的结
合发展。面对这一新形势,走农业产业化道路成为了发展现代农业的必然选择,
充分发挥各地农业的比较优势,形成农业生产市场化、专业化、精细化、规模化
和循环化的大格局,是实现调整农业结构、增加农民收入、发展农村经济的重要
举措。因此,本文从农业产业角度出发,结合甘肃省白银市的实际情况,对一个
西北内陆欠发达地区如何培育农业产业进行了探索和研究

本文在国内外学者对农业产业研究的成果的基础上,采用定性分析、定量分
析、实地调查等研究方法,通过对白银市自然、经济、社会条件的综合分析,指
出农业产业发展是白银进一步繁荣农村经济的必然选择。然后本文针对白银市农
业产业的发展现状、发展优势进行了详细的分析,在指出白银市农业产业近几年
来取得的成就的同时,重点分析了白银市在农业产业发展过程中存在的问题及原
因。最后在借鉴国内其他地区农业产业发展经验基础上,提出了白银市农业产业
的发展方向,阐述了白银市发展农业产业的对策措施

本文的研究目的在于对白银市农业产业发展作出一个更加全面的认识,进而
为深入推进白银市农业产业发展提供参考,并对西北欠发达城市发展现代农业提
供借鉴

白银市农业产业发展对策研究
ABSTRACT
After 30 years of reform and development, to improve the agricultural production capacity
greatly in our country, a great change of the rural situation also, agriculture and rural economic
development has entered a new stage. People only pay attention to agricultural production, from
the past becomes now pay more attention to the economic benefits of agricultural production, the
combination of social and ecological benefits. Facing the new situation,agricultural
industrialization road became the inevitable choice of developing modern agriculture, and give full
play to agricultural comparative advantage, around the formation of agriculture marketization,
specialization, refinement, large scale and the circulation of the pattern, is to realize the adjustment
of agricultural structure, increase farmeiV income and developing the rural economy. Therefore:,
this article from the perspective of agricultural industry,combining with the actual situation of
baiyin, gansu province, on how to cultivate a northwest inland underdeveloped area agriculture
industry has carried on the exploration and research.
Based on the domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of the results of research on the
agricultural industry, using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, field survey and other
research methods, based on the natural, economic, and social conditions of the synthetic analysis
of baiyin,points out that the agricultural industry development is the inevitable choice of silver
further prosperity of the rural economy. Then this article in view of the baiyin agricultural industry
development present situation, development advantages are analyzed in detail, in tiie agricultural
industry is pointed out that baiyin's achievements in recent years, analyzed the problems existing
in the process of agricultural development in baiyin in, and why. Finally in the agricultural
industry development in other regions for reference,based on experience, put forward the
development direction of baiyin agricultural, expounds the developing countermeasures for the
agricultural industry baiyin.
The purpose of this study was to make a more comprehensive agricultural development in
baiyin,which provide a reference for further promote the agricultural development in baiyin, and
references are provided for the development of modern agriculture of northwest underdeveloped
city.
