农业是扩内需调结构的重要领域,更是安天下稳民心的产业。2014年中央一号文

件强调,扶持发展新型农业经营主体,鼓励发展混合所有制农业产业化龙头企业,推

动集群发展,密切与农户、农民合作社的利益联结关系。现代农业是未来大有发展前

景的行业,但农业与产业资本的结合一直在努力探索,还没有形成一个有效的成功模式。

本论文在分析我国农业发展的前景基础上,探讨了现代农业与产业资本结合的可

行性及必要性。并分析了农平高科、绝味食品等农业类公司与资本市场结合的典范,

总结了现代农业与产业资本相结合的若干经验。然后,分析了魔芋产业的特征,产业

前景,贵州魔芋产业的优势特征及未来市场。运用案例分析方法,研究了巴莱资本

在贵州魔芋项目方面的成功经验,并探讨了如何进行营运管理、投资计划和风险控制

的。

最后,基于本文的研究结论,认为现代农业需要大力发展且前期广阔,但需要产

业资本大胆地,科学地,有计划地融入现代农业中,实现农业资本的产业化,金融资

本价值的最大化,提高金融资源的配置效率。

The combination of the modern agriculture and the industry capital: a

case study of the Balai capital and leopard palm's project in Guizhou

Abstract

Agriculture is very important for the country's economy,especially for the basic need

for the people. In 2014, the government emphasized on the development of the agriculture,

promoted the mixed entity structure. The modern agriculture is a prosperous the industry in

the future. But,how the agriculture combine the financial capital is a problem which we can

try our best to solve.

The paper analysis the prospect the agriculture,study the feasibility of the combination

of the agriculture and the financial capitalDescribe some classic case such as Longping-

Gaoke,Juewei-Shipin and so on. Research the feature of the leopard palm's industry,the

prospect and the advantage of the leopard palm. We make use of the t case study method,

analysis the experience of the Balai Capital in Guizhou. Study the operation management,

investment plan and risk control.

Finally,we make some conclusions,such as the agriculture has a bright prospect, and we

need industry capital to be combined the agriculture boldly ,scientifically and in a planned

way.
