本文总体结构分为七大部分。在第一章绪论里，主要对本文的选题背景和研究意义
进行了介绍，详细阐述了国内外的研究现状，并对本文的研究内容和研究思路进行了说
明。第二章为理论综述。主要介绍了风险的基本理论，对风险的概念和特征进行了详细
阐述；介绍了风险管理的起源和定义，对风险管理的目标和职能进行了探讨；介绍了项
目风险管理的基本理论，着重介绍了其概念和特征、风险管理流程等。第三章为煤炭产
业延伸项目风险因素识别与分析。主要对煤炭产业延伸项目的风险特征、风险点和风险
因素识别等进行了介绍，并设计了一份项目风险因素调查表。第四章为煤炭产业延伸项
目风险评价模型。主要探讨了风险评价方法的选择和风险因素权重的确定，并对模糊综
合评价模型进行了详细阐述。第五章为煤炭产业延伸项目风险防控策略与措施。主要是
根据前面的分析，详细探讨了加强项目风险防控的策略和可行性的措施，包括加强企业
风险管理文化建设、健全工作流程、加强企业制度建设、建立风险管理组织体系等。第
六章是实证分析。以华亭煤业集团煤制甲醇公司为分析对象，对该项目的风险识别、风
险指标的权重确定、项目风险综合评价和所应采取的风控措施进行了阐述。第七章为结
论。对全文进行了回顾，并对未来的研究工作提出了一些展望

Abstract
China is rich in coal reserves of a country, since the reform and opening up, the rapid
economic growth in China and coal demand continues to increase, China's coal industry. The
rapid economic growth and the coal demand continues to increase and promote the rapid
development of coal enterprises in coal enterprises, but there are still many uncertainties in
the process of development, the risks from inside and outside the enterprise, therefore, the
coal enterprises to realize the goal of sustainable development must be in transition
development, extending to the other direction in the transformation and development. For a
long time, the reforming construction in China's coal enterprises in the lack of risk
management necessary has brought many realistic problems, not only in the serious waste of
resources, and some has caused huge economic losses, even to people's life and property
damage, risk management of coal industry extension project is particularly important.
The overall structure of this paper is divided into seven parts.In the first chapter, mainly on
the research background and significance are introduced, explains in detail the research status
at home and abroad, and the research content and research ideas are explained.The second
chapter is the summary of the theory. It mainly introduces the basic theory of risk, the concept
and characteristics of risk in detail; introduces the origin and definition of risk management,
the goal and the function of risk management are discussed; the basic theory of project risk
management, the paper introduces its concept and characteristics, the risk management
process.The third chapter is the identification and analysis of risk factors of the project to
extend the coal industry. The coal industry extension risk characteristics, project risks and the
risk factors identification are introduced, and the design of a project risk factor
questionnaire.The fourth chapter is the project risk assessment model is the extension of the
coal industry. Mainly discusses the selection and risk factors to determine the weight of risk
assessment method, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in detail.The fifth chapter
is project risk prevention and control strategies and measures to extend the coal industry. Is
mainly based on the previous analysis, discusses the strategy of strengthening and thefeasibility of the project risk prevention and control measures, including strengthening the
construction of enterprise culture, risk management process，strengthen the perfect enterprise
system construction, the establishment of risk management organization system.The sixth
chapter is the empirical analysis. Taking Huating Coal Group coal to methanol, as the analysis
object, elaborates on the weight of risk identification, risk index, the comprehensive risk
evaluation and risk control measures should be take.The seventh chapter is the conclusion.
