本文选取的案例研究对象是广州港集团的一个子公司——穗建物业。穗建物业负责
广州港集团 230 户租户的出租管理,包含多种种业态。穗建物业在对 230 户租户在进行
租户安全管理中,遇到种种的问题。
本论文以穗建物业开展租户安全管理体系的过程进行研究。对穗建物业进行安全管
理的实施情况及实施效果进行介绍和分析。通过对穗建物业安全管理中的内部分析,租
户分析和政府监管的分析,总结穗建物业在租户安全管理的存在问题。通过分析的结果,
结合相关理论探索出一套适用于穗建物业租户安全管理的方法,并制定了为保障租户安
全管理运行的一系列保障措施。

ABSTRACT
