础。然后文章分析了国内外复合材料产业的发展,并通过对 YX 公司内外部环境进行
分析,运用 SWOT 矩阵分析 YX 公司自身的优势、劣势及外部环境带来的机遇、威
胁,提出了建立质量效益型创新企业的发展战略定位。在此基础上,明确了 YX 公司
实施发展战略遵循的原则,每个发展阶段的具体实施步骤,提出保证实现发展战略所
采取的措施
本文的研究方法是:从 YX 公司内外部环境的实际出发,运用现代企业战略管理
的科学理论进行全面的战略分析及战略定位,并对战略的实施提出对策和措施。文章
运用的战略分析工具主要有 PEST 分析、波特五力分析、SWOT 分析法等
YX 公司复合材料产业的发展战略是以现代企业战略管理理论为基础,在全面分
析企业内外部环境的前提下提出的。期望通过本文对 YX 公司复合材料产业发展战略
的研究,为 YX 公司复合材料产业的未来重点发展方向、产业的转型升级以及可持续
发展提供参考

Abstract
The composite material industry in China is not only faced with good opportunities
for development but also the challenges for the increasingly intense competition from the
counterparts. Chongqing YX Composite Products Co., LTD. will also face the same
opportunities and challenges.
Based on a scientific and strategic analysis of the evaluation result, this thesis, taking
composite material in YX Corporation as the research object, puts forward the
development ideas and goals so as to identify the implementing emphasis in the future.
Hence, a theoretical reference can be provided for the sustainable development of the YX
Composite Products Co., LTD.
This thesis firstly offers the theoretical overview of strategic management which is
taken as the theoretical basis of the research. Then, the thesis analyses the development of
composite material both abroad and at home and proposes the developing strategy for the
quality and benefit of an innovative enterprise by employing the SWOT matrix to analyze
the internal and external environment as well as the advantages and disadvantages along
with the opportunities and challenges accompanying the external developing environment
of the enterprise.
Based on the above analysis, the thesis puts forward explicitly the principles of the
developing strategies, the implementation steps on each stage of development, and the
measures to guarantee the development strategies.
As for the research method, this thesis makes a comprehensive strategic analysis and
positioning, and thus proposes the corresponding measures by employing the scientific
theories of modern enterprise management. The strategy analysis tools employed in the
thesis are PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, SWOT analysis, etc.
The development strategy of composite material in YX Corporation is proposed upon
a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the corporation as
well as the theories of modern enterprise management. The author hopes the research will
provide reference for the future development direction of composite material, the industry
transformation and upgrading and sustainable development in YX Corporation.
