本文基于企业成长理论,主要以江西省的一家小型纺织公司为例,来研究
企业成长。通过 SWOT 分析法研究公司面临的机遇与挑战以及拥有的优势与劣
势,进而使 HB 实业有限公司能够较清晰的了解自身情况及所处环境特征。我们
可以发现,作为小型纺织企业,HB 实业有限公司目前还存在着许许多多诸如规
模较小、层次偏低,技术落后、创新动力不足,专业人才匮乏、素质不高等问
题,碰到了许许多多的发展障碍。我们同时根据这种情况给出了成长机制、成
长模式以及实施方案供 HB 实业有限公司选择,成长模式可以借鉴核心转换模
式,具体可以平衡增量式成长和跳跃式增长两种方式来实现。实施方案具体包
括:拓展企业的融资途径,建立企业 ERP 系统,规范企业的流程以及管理,建
立人才培养机制以及备用人才机制,建立设计室、生产工厂,积极发展电子商
务,深化客户跟踪服务机制,加强公司文化建设等

Whether in theory or in practice, the research on firm growth is very much.
While the textile and garment industry is not only an important livelihood industries
in Jiangxi province and the focus of traditional pillar industry in Jiangxi Province, but
also has the obvious competitive advantage industry, so the textile and garment
enterprises is not only related to the economic growth in Jiangxi Province, the
improvement of people's living standard but also to enhance the competitiveness of
Jiangxi province. But the current economic environment abroad is complex and
changeable, the global economy is still in structural adjustment, lack of economic
growth momentum, while the domestic economic situation is still grim, labor costs
increase, the pressure of inflation, and lack of personnel and so on are still
outstanding. In the domestic and foreign economic downward pressure, China's small
and medium enterprises lose the vitality of the past, the hitherto unknown difficult.
Small textile enterprises how to grow in the face of adversity, caused the author's
attention.
In this paper, based on the theory of enterprise growth, mainly in a small textile
companies in Jiangxi Province as an example, to study the growth of enterprises.
Through the analysis of SWOT face method on the company's external environment
and internal advantages and disadvantages, so as to enable the HB industry limited
company to a clear understanding of their own conditions and environment
characteristics. We can find that, as a small textile enterprises, HB Industrial Co. Ltd.
there are many such as small scale, low level, backward technology, lack of
innovation, lack of personnel, quality is not high, encountered many obstacles to
development. We also according to this kind of situation gives the growth mechanism,
development mode and its implementation scheme for HB industrial limited selection,
growth model can draw lessons from the core conversion mode, which can be
balanced incremental growth and a jump in two ways to achieve. Embodiments
include: expanding financing channels of enterprises, the establishment of ERP
system of enterprises, standardize business process and management, establish the
training mechanism and reserve talent mechanism, build room design, production
factory, and actively promote the client server tracking mechanism to deepen the
service quality, implementation of sales integration and promote the application of
e-commerce, the establishment of enterprise culture.
