本文共分为五个部分：第一部分是对文章的选题背景及意义，研究内容和结
构做简单归纳。第二部分是提出国外学者对于跨国银行的理论研究，分析了几种
不同的见解，从中总结出跨国银行发展共性。第三部分详细叙述外资银行在中国
的发展状况及路径选择。外资银行从开始的起步阶段，到扩张阶段，再到收缩阶
段和新阶段共经历了四个过程，通过对发展过程现状分析，得出外资银行发展具
有的优势和遇到的共性问题。第四部分和第五部分是在前几章基础上，对 Q 银行
进行详细战略研究，总结出该银行在华发展的优势和劣势，最后提出对策。最后，
总结外资银行在华发展情况，对未来的发展提出展望。
本文运用管理学和经济学理论，阐述了外资银行在华发展的现状，具备的优
势和面临的主要问题。通过实证分析，定性和定量分析相结合等分析方法，运用
SWOT 分析和 PEST 分析方法对 Q 银行在华的内外部环境进行分析，最后总结出外
资银行的发展情况和对未来的展望。
