Abstract
This paper is based on research of the TZ company which main business is to
produce bridge-member products. Some Strategic Analysis Tools such as PEST
analysis,Michael Porter's Five Forces Model, SWOT analysis and others will be used.
Factors such as policies and regulations, economic environment, socio-cultural and
technological developments and others that maximize impact on business will be
analyzed, factors such as industry characteristics, market competition and other
competitive environment will be analyzed, and factors such as internal strengths and
weaknesses, opportunities and threats will be analyzed. Then products differentiation
strategy which core is technology innovation will be worked out and it will be best
suited TZ company. This strategy will enable enterprises to obtain sustainable
competitive advantages, to expand market share of bridge-member, to improve
economic efficiency, and to achieve long-term sustainable development of enterprises.
The paper has considerable practical value.
Meanwhile, the research about bridge component products for TZ competitive
strategy analysis will be expected to contribute domestic counterparts to survive and
develop during economic downturn.
