自从八十年代初,企业文化从美国开始进入学者的研究视野,近年来,逐渐
为中国企业所熟悉和重视。虽然中国的企业在文化建设上也下了不少功夫,但是
关于企业文化的理论和建设途径还是比较欠缺的,尤其是照搬国外的建设模式,
很容易就被具有中国特色的社会主义市场所淘汰。
从“三个代表”中“我们党要始终代表中国先进文化的前进方向”文化概念
的提出,到十七大报告里“推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣”的要求,再到十八
大报告里“扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设”的决心,“文化”的概念越来越深的
植根在中国民众的心里。时代已经开始要求中国企业必须要有自己的企业文化,
才能走下去,才能走得远。
相对于国企而言,具有更大灵活性的私企在企业文化建设方面呈现出了多元
化的格局。而作为国企,其企业文化不仅是代表企业本身的思想,也反映着国家
的态度。所以它不仅要具有先进性,还要具有一定的中国特色。
本文从国企的角度出发,运用国有企业企业文化维度模型和丹尼森组织文化
模型,以调查问卷方法为主,深刻剖析了神华准能公司第三次创业幵年之时,企
业文化的建设过程,从中寻找改进的方向以及供其他国企企业文化建设借鉴的做
法。

Abstract
Since the beginning of the 80,the corporate culture from the United States

go far. As opposed to state-owned enterprises, private enterprises with greater flexibility
in terms of corporate culture building took on a variety of patterns. As a State-owned
enterprise, its corporate culture is not only on behalf of the enterprise itself, also reflects
the attitude of the country.
So it not only has advanced, but also has a certain Chinese character. This article
from the standpoint of State-owned enterprises, application of existing theory,
dominated by questionnaire method, case study analysis, supplemented, profound
analysis of Shenhua company third venture to open time of the year, enterprise culture
construction, look for improvement efforts as well as for taking into account the
practices of other State-owned enterprises culture construction.
