摘 要
“多元化”战略是由美国著名的管理学家安索夫(H. I. Ansoff)于上世纪50年代
提出的,是指一个企业同时生产和提供两种以上经济用途不同的产品或服务的一种经
营战略,也称多样化或多角化经营,是企业发展到一定阶段,为寻求长远发展而釆取
的一种成长或扩张行为。
本文作者利用所学管理知识,仔细分析了我国及国际轨道交通装备制造的现状及
发展趋势,认真分析总结了兰州机车公司发展面临的主要问题和多元化战略的历史经
验教训。作者充分利用“PEST”、Porter”、SWOT等多种分析模型,对兰州机车公司
所处的内外部宏观及微观环境进行了分析研究,阐述了公司多元化战略面临的有利及
不利因素。在此基础上,作者对兰州机车公司实施多元化战略的必要性、可行性进行
了认真分析研究,提出了今后五年公司多元化战略模式选择、战略目标及采取的举措。
同时,作者还利用波士顿矩阵,对公司各业务板块子战略选择进行了分析,并深刻剖
析了实施多元化战略面临的各种风险,从完善体制机制、持续改进管理、加快技术创
新、人力资源保障、企业文化建设等多方面提出了风险控制和多元化保障措施,明确
了兰州机车公司今后五年的战略选择。
作者在力求解答兰州机车公司今后五年的战略制定及实施方案的同时,试图#我
国其他轨道交通装备制造业的发展战略研究提供参考。

Abstract
Diversification strategy was put forward by the famous American management
scientist H. I. Ansoff in the 1950’s,which is the business strategy that produces and provides
the products or services of two or more different economic uses at the same time, and is the
growth or expansion action that is adopted to seek a long-term development when the
enterprise develops to a certain stage.
Lanzhou Locomotive Company diversification strategy is studied in this paper, not only
strive to solve the strategic establishment and implementation scheme for Lanzhou
Locomotive Company the next five years, but also tried to provide the references for the
development strategy study of other equipment manufacturing industries. First the writer set
forth the equipment manufacturing industries' situation and development of our country and
international, and then he made the SWOT analysis to confirm the strategic choice of
Lanzhou Locomotive Company the next five years through the careful analysis of the
objective conditions of Lanzhou Locomotive Company, such as the external macro and tiny
environment, inner condition,competitors, and so on.
The writer advances Lanzhou Locomotive Company s strategic objectives,
diversification strategy measures and risk control on the premise of the definitude for
development strategy of Lanzhou Locomotive, and combines with the modern management
expertise to illuminate his own views through tiie study of status quo and deficiencies.
