近年来,经国内外大量研究证实,组织承诺可以对员工满意度、工作投入程
度以及离职等方面的行为进行充分预测,所以对该方面的研究引发了社会各界的
广泛关注。G 银行隶属于中国建设银行黑龙江省分行,为一级分行下辖的哈尔滨
综合型城区支行,近年来在激烈的同业竞争中,正面临日益严重的关键岗位人员
流失问题。因此,本课题将研究的重点放在如何有效提升 G 银行员工组织承诺水
平,通过对 G 银行员工组织承诺现状及其影响因素的调查与分析,进而提出提升
该银行员工组织承诺水平的对策建议,主要认为应在建立注重员工感情承诺的招
聘制度、构建提高员工规范承诺的企业文化、打造注重员工继续承诺的激励制度
以及实施提升理想承诺的职业生涯管理等方面入手,以达到降低 G 银行员工离职
率的目的。

Abstract
In recent years, through in great quantities study a confirmation at home and
abroad, organizational commitment can be satisfaction, job involvement , and leaving
other aspects of the conduct of fully predictable , so the research sparked widespread
concern in the community. The G bank belongs to China construction bank in
Heilongjiang province, for one class branch office the bottom govern of comprehensive
type city area in Harbin pay a line, in recent years the same profession in the vehemence
competition in, face a serious key post personnel to run off a problem day by day face to
face.Therefore, this topic puts the point studied how effectively promote G bank
employee organizational commitment level, pass to organize the survey and analysis of
promising the present condition and its impact factor on G bank employee, then put
forward to promote the employee of the bank to organize the counterplan suggestion of
organizational commitment level, mainly think should at establishment pay attention
to employee affective commitment of job advertisement system, set up to raise
employee normative commitment of corporate culture, create to pay attention to
employee to continuous commitment incentive system and implementation for
promising to promote the occupation career of ideal commitment to manage etc.
