摘要
随着人类社会从工业经济时代进入知识经济时代,传统的企业管理模式与管
理理念已不能很好的适应企业发展的需要,以知识管理为核心的企业管理和发展
战略已成为理论界和企业界的共识。本文从P企业的发展现状中分析出存在劳动
力密集、人员流动性大、缺少专业人才的问题,这样的企业必须引入“以知识为本”
的先进管理模式,用企业知识管理打造以“知本”为中心的核心竞争优势。知识管理
指企业为了保证在与其他企业竞争时处于有利地位,同时又给自身带来利润,而
通过利用有效的管理知识,促进知识碰撞、使知识得到高效利用的一种新型管理
行为。通过详尽的研究和分析设计后,我们将知识的管理过程分为:取得知识,
甄别知识,汇聚知识,改进知识,承接知识,共享知识,测算评价知识,运用知
识和创新知识九个活动模块,各个活动之间相互关联、密不可分,在循环中进化
和提升,形成知识螺旋形上升式的结构体系,这也成为了“知识循环链”,九个模块
又组成了四个管理环节:形成知识管理、积聚知识管理、共享知识管理、应用知
识管理。这四个环节互相作用并且发展成一个有机的管理体制。知识管理中相关
因素有人、技术、业务流程和组织,通过它们积极的相互的作用,才能高效统筹
规划所掌握的知识的体系

ABSTRACT
As human society from the industrial economy into the knowledge economy era,
the traditional model of corporate management strategy and philosophy has not well
adapted to the needs of enterprise development. Knowledge management as the core of
enterprise management and development strategy has become theory and business
circles consensus. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of P
Enterprise in the presence of labor-intensive, staff mobility, the lack of professional
talents. Such an enterprise must introduce the knowledge-based advanced management
pattern, and must use enterprise knowledge management to let knowledge be the center
of the core competitive advantage. Knowledge management refers to the management
of enterprises to adopt a series of unique ways and means to promote knowledge of the
production, accumulation, exchange and sharing of knowledge and resources through
effective management and utilization, to create new value and enhance sustainable
management of innovation activities of competitive advantage. After detailed research,
analysis and design, knowledge management can be divided into knowledge acquisition,
knowledge identification,knowledge organization, knowledge updating, knowledge
transfer, knowledge sharing, knowledge evaluation, knowledge application and
knowledge innovation, and that are nine activities (modules). These interrelated 祖id
inseparable activities evolve and upgrade in the loop,forming a structural system
spiraling type of knowledge. Finally it has become a loop knowledge chain, consisting
of nine modules which frame four management loops: knowledge produce management,
knowledge accumulation management, knowledge communicate management and
knowledge application management. They influence each other, forming an organic
management system. Relevant factors in knowledge management, include people,
technology,business processes and organizations. These factors make up effective
knowledge management through their mutual positive function.
