摘要
企业文化对形成企业内部凝聚力和外部竞争力所起到的积极作用,越来越受到人们
的重视,企业文化之间的竞争日益成为竞争的焦点,加强对企业文化的建设对企业的生
存与发展越来越重要,企业文化甚至成为企业竞争力的基石和企业兴衰成败的因素。因
此,在新形势下,如何有效利用自身资源,建设具有自身特色的企业文化显得尤为重要
论文综合运用了文献资料、案例研究、比较分析等多种研究方法,以系统化的观点
对延长石油炼化公司的企业文化建设进行了研究。本文首先梳理总结了企业文化的内
涵、结构、影响因素以及企业文化的实施,为本文的后续研究奠定了理论基础;其次介
绍了延长石油炼化公司的基本情况,并重点分析了炼化公司企业文化建设现状以及在企
业文化建设中存在的不足,发现炼化公司目前的企业文化建设中还存在对企业文化认识
不足、缺乏专项资金保障、企业文化建设人才稀缺、缺少系统整体规划等问题;第三,
针对公司目前企业文化建设中存在的问题,本研究重点建立三大文化体系,即物质文化、
行为文化、精神文化。在此基础上,通过导入企业识别系统(CIS),逐步形成以企业精
神为主要内容的精神文化体系,以员工行为规范为主要内容的行为文化体系,以视觉效
应为主要内容的物质文化体系;最后,本文论述了方案实施需要四个阶段,即全面规划、
培训与宣贯、全面实施、总结评价,并从组织、机制、人才、资金四个方面提出了配套
保障措施
延长石油集团炼化公司在集团内部乃至行业内部具有典型的代表性,加强公司的企
业文化建设对于深入贯彻落实科学发展观,实现“转方式、调结构”,提高发展质量和
经济效益具有重要的意义

Title: The research on corporate cultural construction of
Yanchang petroleum(group) refining & petrochemical
company

People pay more and more attention to the positive role of enterprise culture
in the formation of internal cohesion and external competitiveness. The
competition between enterprises is more and more performance culture
competition. Enterprise culture becames more and more important to the
survival and development of enterprises.lt becomes a key factor to the rise and
fall of an enterprise. Under this circumstance,reseraching on enterprise culture,
application and practice, especially to strengthen the building of enterprise
culture, developing distinctive enterprise culture is particularly important.
The thesis uses many research methods of literature, case studies,
comparative analysis, on the construction of enterprise culture of Yanchang
petroleum(group) refining & petrochemical company. Firstly,we summarizes the
connotation of the enterprise culture, structure, influence factors and the
implementation of enterprise culture. Secondly, we introduce the basic situation
of Yanchang petroleum(group) refining & petrochemical company, and focuses
on the analysis of the current situation of corporate culture construction
company and existing problems in the building of enterprise culture,finding that
misunderstanding of corporate culture, lack of special funds, enterprise culture
construction, talent scarcity, lack of overall planning system.Thirdly, to solve the
problems existing in the construction of enterprise culture company, this study
focused on the establishment of three culture systems,including material culture,
behavior culture, mind culture, on this basis, by importing the corporate identity
system (CIS), gradually formed in the spirit of enterprise as the main content of
the spiritual cultural system, employee behavior standards as the main content of
behavior culture system, the visual effect as the main content of the material
,culture system. Finally, this paper discusses the implementation of four stages,
i.e. comprehensive planning, training and implementation, implementation,
evaluation. And put forward the guarantee measures from the four aspects of
organization, mechanism, personnel, funds.
Yanchang petroleum(group) refining & petrochemical company is a typical
representative in the internal group and Industry. Strengthen the company's
enterprise culture construction is important to thoroughly implement the
scientific outlook on development, implementation of the transfering mode and
adjusting the structure.
