摘要
随着我国经济实力的不断增强,国民的生活水平得到大幅改善,越来越多的人
重视健康生活,医疗卫生的健全与配套己成为保证人民群众追求生活质量提升的标
志,因此深化医药卫生体制改革势在必行。正是在这种背景推动下,医改释放出巨
大医疗需求,使医药产业迅速步入了市场化竞争的“黄金十年”,同时也带动了药
品需求的增长,为医药公司迎来了 “春天”的机遇
谁能在这场改革的过程中抓住市场,通过提升盈利能力获得生存与发展,那么
谁将能独享医改的成果。本文通过对CGG公司的盈利能力分析与提升策略研究,
给国内的医药公司提供在公开公平公正的市场竞争环境下,如何运用经营与财务的
相关理论与实践经验,同时结合财务因素与非财务因素对盈利能力的影响,提出关
注规模与服务的关系,通过打造智慧型供应链,创新传统的商业盈利模式;注重内
部管理,提出盈利空间的概念;资金合理匹配是提升整体运营效率的核心思想等主
张,有针对性地从企业内部核心竞争力角度提升盈利能力

Abstract
With the growing of China's economic strength, national living standards have been
greatly improved, more and more people pay attention to healthy living. A sound and
completed set of health care has become a guarantee that the people pursue the
improvement of life quality. Under such circumstances, health care reform release huge
medical demands, this make medicine industry into a golden decade of the market
competition, at the same time also lead to demand for drugs, this give spring of the
opportunity for pharmaceutical companies.
Who can seize the market in the process of reform,and get survival and
development through improving profitability, then who will take tiie results of health
care reform. This article through the analysis of CGG company's profitability and
strategy research, in the public fair market competition environment, it provide domestic
pharmaceutical companies on how to use management and financial related theory and
practice experience, and combine with financial factors and non-financial factors affect
profitability, provide the relationship between the attention on scale and service, by
building m intelligent supply chains, innovation of traditional business profit model. Pay
attention to internal management; put forward the concept of profit space. Funds
reasonably matching are the core ideas that improve overall operation efficiency,and
argue that the company should targeted improve profitability from the angle of
enterprise's core competence.
