挂牌,成为了一家公众公司。从此独立第三方理财A公司正式地进入了公众的视野。通

Abstract
In November 10,2010,A company as an independent third party financial institutions
listed in the New York stock center American success,become a public corporation. Since the
independent third party financial A company formally into public view. Through the study of
the organization, the independent third party financial A company product structure and the
operating status of the analysis,to understand and recognize the independent third party
financial institutions, in China's mode of operation and future development is of great
significance. This paper is based on the related theory of strategic management and marketing
management as the foundation, research and analysis of the current situation and development
