随着我国智能电网的快速发展和电力供应服务水平的不断提高,中低压电力自动化
产品市场竞争愈加激烈,而JST公司业绩逐年下滑,产品竞争力呈下降趋势,面临着严
峻的挑战。
本文基于对JST公司产品竞争力提升策略的研究,首先对JST公司经营业绩下滑、
产品竞争力不足的原因进行全面的分析。进而通过将竞争力管理经济理论与实际调研分
析相结合建立研究模型,并运用层次分析法(AHP)、问卷调查法等分析方法,构建了
产品竞争力评价指标体系。在评价指标体系平台中主要与竞争对手进行横向和纵向的比
较,客观、科学和准确地评价JST公司中低压电力自动化产品竞争力,最后在此基础上
提出和论证了有效可行的产品竞争力提升策略,为JST公司今后如何提升产品竞争力提
供有力的理论依据和实践证明。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China's smart grid and the continuous
improvement of power supply, the medium and low voltage power automation
products are facing fierce competition. However, JST's company performance
has been declining. The product competitiveness is in a downward trend and
facing severe challenges.
Based on strategy research in enhancing the company's products
competitiveness of JST, the thesis firstly carried out a comprehensive analysis
for the reason of performance decline and low competitiveness. Then
established research models by combining the competitive economic
management theory and practice, using analytic hierarchy process (AHP),
questionnaires, etc to build an evaluation index system for product
competitiveness. And made a horizontal and vertical comparison with
competitors by using this evaluation system, so as to give an objective, scientific
and accurate evaluation of JST's low-voltage electric power automations
competitiveness. Finally, proposed and proved the effective and feasible
upgrade strategy for competitiveness, and provides a strong theoretical and
practical proof for JST in improving its products competitiveness.
