论文首先在对大量的国内外相关文献研究的基础上,以战略管理和能源安全
为核心,讨论了支撑中石油哈萨克片区市场开发的战略体系,指出了战略管理对
于企业发展的必要性以及我国目前面临的能源安全问题。能源安全关系到我国的
和平稳定,对于我国的经济发展具有十分重要的影响。其次,对中石油哈萨克片

for oil. At present our country has become the second largest country after the United
States national oil consumption. Kazakhstan area has rich oil resource; based on
market development strategy of the Hausa card area oil area in question is studied.

abroad, on the basis of strategic management and energy security as the core,
