摘 要
平铝公司作为山东能源肥矿集团的全资子公司,自重组成立以来,生产经
营效果一直不佳,生存问题,发展问题始终是平铝的首要问题。本文从企业战
略发展的角度出发,在对平铝公司进行调研并掌握材料的基础上,运用企业战
略管理、市场营销等理论,通过比对策略,全面深入地分析了目前及未来公司
所面临的外部环境、内部优劣势,并得出了规划发展铝加工材优先发展铝板带
箔结论,同时规划了两个方案,进一步证明规划发展铝板带箔的可行性
论文介绍了我国铝及铝加工行业发展的过程,同时介绍了国家政策环境和
铝行业上下游关系,分析了平铝公司在产业链中的位置。本文重点进行了电解
铝及加工材市场分析:包括电解铝市场分析;平铝公司淘汰电解铝计划实施情
况;铝挤压材市场分析;铝板带市场分析。在此基础上论文对平铝公司的经营
环境与优劣势进行了重点分析,确定了平铝公司的战略方针。通过SWOT分析法,
总结出扩大产能战略符合平铝公司的实际情况。在新的战略下对平铝的两个发
展方案进行了介绍与比较;论文的最后结论是平铝公司优先发展铝及铝合金板
带箔优势明显,经济可行

Abstract
The management state of Pingyin Aluminum Company of Feicheng Mining
Group CO., LTD who is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Energy Feicheng
Mining Group CO., LTD is not very well. The survival and development problems
are always chief questions of Pingyin Aluminum Company. From the angle of
enterprise development strategy, basing on the survey and materials accessible,
using theory of strategy management and competitive advantage, the author
analyses the external environment and its own strength and weakness in present and
future deeply, draw the conclusion that aluminum fabrication want to be developed
and planed, the aluminum sheets, aluminum strips and aluminum foils must be
worked first. The author also plans two projects, proves the exactness of the
expansion planning of the aluminum sheets, aluminum strips and aluminum foils
further.
The author introduces the course of development on the aluminum fabrication
and national policy environmental and relationship of upstream and downstream in
aluminum fabrication as well. The emphasis of this author focuses on electrolytic
Aluminum and aluminum fabrication markets, included analysis of the electrolytic
Aluminum market, the application of eliminating electrolytic Aluminum,
aluminum extruded sections market, aluminum Plate and strip market. Based on this,
the author focuses on the operation environment, the advantages and disadvantages,
identifies the strategy of Pingyin Aluminum Company. With SWOT, the paper
makes a summary that extend capacity conformes to the actual conditions of
Pingyin Aluminum. The author introduces and compares the two development
schemes of Pingyin Aluminum Company through the new strategy. In conclusion,
the plan that is gives priority to the development of heavy industry in Pingyin
Aluminum Company is Obvious advantage and economically feasible.
