中国文化博大精深,它的发展演变与其他文化有很大不同,千百年来它与其它文
化间的隔阂一直存在着。在华外国商人往往因异国文化差异而面临各种问题,进
而影响他们正常业务的开展。本文研究旨在为在华外国商人提供中国文化指导,
减少或避免因文化差异造成的冲突和障碍,进一步增进中西方文化和商务的交流
和融合
本文较为详细地阐述了中国文化所具有的内涵和特点,具体分析了在华外国商人
因文化差异所造成或面临的各种问题和障碍,在此基础上提出如何避免文化障碍
和文化冲突的若干对策和启示
中国的政治和经济制度及其发展水平有其独特的特点,在世界政治经济中占有十
分重要的地位,并为其他国家提供庞大商机,因此本文从国外商人的视角来审视
和研究中国文化,有助于外国商人和企业家在跨文化环境中更好地了解中国文
化,进一步增进和改善中外商人之间的沟通和了解,为跨文化商务交际提供一个
新的突破点

Abstract
The objective of this thesis is: Developing a business guide to reduce the culture shock
and build up a bridge between Chinese culture and the rest of the world.
Chinese culture is quite vast and completely different to other cultures for its
development and its cultural barriers that have been for thousands of years. The
development of this book is a breakthrough it’s a new research and will tell particular
stories that will bring benefits to the outsider visitor, giving them a portrait of Chinese
culture applied on business, It’s believed that culture influences communication in
greater part than language, which is just a small part of an effective interchange of
ideas, telling a new story based on what have been experienced in this wonderful
country.
China has unique characteristics with the dominant mainstream in world politics. Its
political and economic system and also its development level distinguished China with
the characteristic of other countries.
One of the biggest problems of the most of the guides written until now; have not
approached the Chinese culture from inside, the information that portrayed in this
guide will help not just the entrepreneur, but everyone who wishes to access to the vast
opportunities that this country offers, facilitating the effectiveness in communication
across cultures and understanding the knowhow behind The Great Wall, offering a
breakthrough in intercultural communication. It was necessary to contemplate Chinese
culture from the foreign perspective to approach effectively and make things easy to
understand to improve communication between Chinese and foreigners.
