石家庄市地处京、津、冀腹地,地理位置得天独厚。改革开放以来,酒店业得到了快速发
展,成为推动地方经济发展的重要力量。然而,酒店业在经历了最初的跨越式发展阶段之后,
也不可避免地步入了螺旋式发展的低谷,员工流失率逐年上升则成为这一时期阻碍酒店业发展
的“瓶颈”。酒店员工流失率过高导致酒店的服务质量下降、人力资源成本提高、员工队伍不稳
定、员工士气降低,从而最终导致酒店业务受损。因此,对石家庄市星级酒店员工流失问题进
行研究,找出酒店员工流失的原因并提出解决对策具有十分重要的现实意义。
本文以组织行为学和人力资源管理的有关理论为基础,通过近半年的实地调查研究,摸清
了石家庄市星级酒店员工流失的现状,并从社会、企业和个人的角度分析了员工流失率过高的
原因,提出了解决员工流失的思路和具体措施,以期对石家庄市星级酒店管理者有所启发,促
进石家庄市星级酒店的又好又快地发展。
本文还以石家庄市XM酒店为实证案例进行研究,分析了该酒店员工流失的现状与原因,针
对酒店的具体情况,提出了解决酒店员工流失的对策。

Abstract
Shijiazhuang City Located in the hinterland of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, fliis is a unique
geographical location.Since the reform and opening up, the Shijiazhuang Hotel Industry has been
developing rapidly and playing more and more important roles in the loca leconomy
economy. However,the Hotel Industry inevitably followed a low point of aspiral~descending. The
rise of the employee turnover rate has become abottle-neck,,of the growth of the Hotel Industry at
this time. The high employee tunxov rate results in a decline of the s&ice quality,an improving of
the human resources cosU an unstability of the staff team a reduction of the staff morale and finally
the confusing of the op~ation and management. Therefore, researching the employee turnover of the
shijiazhuang'S Star Hotels, finding out the reasons of turnover and proposing the countmneasures
will be of important realistic significance.
This paper is based on the theories of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource
Management. I have researched and studied nearly half past a year,then the paper studies the
current situation of the employee turnover in Shijiazhuang、Star Hotels. It analyzed the reasons of the
high employee turnover and gives the solution. To the managers of the Shijiazhuang's Star Hotels,I
hope it Can bring an inspiration and promote that the Shijiazhuang's Star Hotels develop rapidly.
The paper introduces Shijiazhuang XM Hotel in the way of empirical research. After analyzing
the current situation and reasons of the XM Hotel,it gives some advices to solve the problem of the
employee turnover.
