随着中国经济的发展,中国正在从一个制造性的大国向一个创造性的大国转
型。而这种转型,在企业中的主要表现就在于创新,在所有的创新中,产品的开
发和创新是一个企业的核心竞争力的表现。如何高效率快速度地将自己的新产品
推向市场,占领市场高地是每一个企业需要面对的课题,也是每一个企业追求的
目标。而决定新产品开发效率和速度的因素,除了开发人员的专业素质外,一套
高效率运作的产品开发流程同样在新产品开发的效率方面起着举足轻重的作用。
因此,对新产品幵发流程的管理方法就显得尤为重要。目前,关于新产品开发流
程管理的研究很多,但对于新产品开发流程的柔性管理较少。H公司通过自己多
年的实践,将IPD (集成产品开发法)新产品开发管理的部分思想和汽车零部件
行业的新产品开发流程APQP(质量先期策划)结合起来,发展出适合自己的一套
新产品开发流程的柔性管理方法APQP-IPD法,此方法改善了汽车零部件行业传
统新产品幵发流程APQP (质量先期策划)的只注重产品开发质量而对产品开发
效率关注较少的现状,使得可以对刚性的APQP流程进行柔性化管理,从而达到
有效提高汽车零部件产品开发流程效率的目的。
本文运用概念描述、案例研究和效果对比等研究方法,对新产品开发流程的
柔性化管理方法进行了探讨,结合H公司的在汽车零部件产品开发流程的柔性
管理方面实践进行了案例分析,对实施柔性管理方法后的效果进行了论述,并将

APQP-IPD新产品开发管理方法概念化,希望能将其推广并对国内同行业的企业
提供借鉴,从而为同行业其他的企业也能带来产品开发效率的提升。

Research on Flexible Management of New Product Development

Process in H Company

Abstract

With the development of China's economy, China is changing from a

manufacturing country into a creative power transformation. In all the innovation,

product development and innovation is the core competitiveness of an enterprise's

performance. How efficient speed to their new products to market, to occupy the

market high ground is each enterprise need to face the issues. Factors that determine

the efficiency of the development of new products and speed,in addition to the

development of the professional quality, play a decisive role in a set of efficient

operation of the product development process in new product development efficiency.

Therefore, the management method of new product development process is

particularly important. H company through their own practice for many years, the IPD

(integrated product development) APQP new product development process

management of new product development some thoughts and automobile industry

(APQP) together, develop a flexible management methods suitable for their own set

of new product development process of APQP-IPD method, this method improves

auto parts industry of traditional new product development process of APQP (APQP)

only pay attention to the quality of product development and product development

efficiency is less concerned about the situation, makes it possible to rigid APQP

process of flexible management, so as to effectively improve the efficiency of

automotive product development process.

Based on the H company in the flexible management practice parts product

development process of vehicle, the concept description, case studies and comparative

research methods, fully discussed made H companies in the implementation of the

new product development process management method of APQP-IPD in the product

development efficiency of success. And the development of management method of

APQP-IPD new product conceptualization, hope can be extended and provide

reference for domestic enterprises with the industry, and other enterprises in the same

industry can also bring the product development efficiency.
