摘要
船舶供应行业是建设国际航运中心的重要组成部分。国家建设国际航运中心的目标推
动了船舶供应企业的发展,然而随着国际金融危机和欧债危机的持续影响,传统的融资方
式很难满足船供企业的发展需求。供应链金融能够加快存货、应收账款的周转速度从而改
善资金流,是解决企业发展困境的有效方式。
本文在总结供应链金融定义、特点、相关理论的基础上,从供应链核心企业内在需求
出发进行研宄。以在船舶供应行业的业务供应链中处于核心地位的GH公司为分析主体,对

GH公司发展供应链金融的长处和存在的问题进行剖析和归纳,有助于深入解GH公司的供应
链金融提供案例背景。立足于此,探讨了GH公司的供应链金融的策略、方案,并且提出在
实施过程中企业所面临的风险和控制措施。通过对GH公司的供应链金融模式的研究,得出
如下的研宄结论:供应链金融是使得企业供应链价值提升的有力手段,核心企业是供应链
金融能够顺利完成的主要角色,核心企业的信息化建设程度影响了供应链金融的施行结
果。本文的研宄对于企业推动供应链金融具有积极的参考意义,也为推动我国船舶供应行
业的发展,提高行业供应链金融水平提供了借鉴。

Research on Supply Chain Finance of GH Company

ABSTRACT

Industry of ship supply plays an important role in building an international shipping center. The

national goal of constructing an international shipping center is to promote the development of

ship supply enterprises. As the continuing impact of the international financial crisis and the

European debt crisis, the traditional financing instruments and funding channel, however, are

hardly to meet the development needs of the ship supply enterprises anymore. Supply chain

finance is an effective way to solve the dilemma of business development through increasing the

turnover of inventory and accounts receivable and thus to improve and optimize the cash flow.

This paper researches and analyses the internal needs of major enterprises in the supply chain by

studying definition and summarizing characters and related theories of supply chain finance. GH

company which plays a leading role in the ship supply chain is selected and studied to further

discuss and analyze its supply chain finance by summarizing its competitive advantages and

issues faced in the process of developing its supply chain finance. Based on that, this paper

further explores and discusses the strategies and plans of supply chain finance of GH company

and offers some inspiration and reference to its supply chain finance field. Through the study the

model of supply chain finance of GH company, the following conclusions have been reached:

Supply chain finance is a powerful tool to enhance the supply chain value of a company; the

major enterprises play the critical role in promoting successfully completion of supply chain

finance; the pace and progress of information construction of major enterprises have great impact

on the practical results of supply chain finance. In addition, this paper also aims to offer positive

reference for promoting supply chain finance of enterprises and serves as a guide for accelerating

the development process of China Ship Supply business and improving industry level of supply

chain finance.
