摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,能源、资源需求日趋增加,基础工程建设投资巨
大。此举对物探行业提出了更高的要求,也为物探设备行业创造了难得的发展机
遇。在此背景下,深入分析骄鹏公司自身存在的问题及其产生的原因,以企业管
理理论为指导,科学制定骄鹏公司的未来发展战略,对于骄鹏公司抓住机遇、加
快发展,具有重要的现实意义,对于推动我国物探设备行业做大做强,具有一定
的借鉴意义
本研究主要包括以下内容:一是,绪论。主要阐述研究背景、研究目的和意
义、国内外研究现状以及论文研究框架等。二是,战略管理基本理论。对战略管
理中的重要概念以及战略管理的特点、战略管理的过程、战略管理理论等进行系
统阐述,从而为本研究奠定理论基础。三是,骄鹏物探设备公司的外部环境分析
、 分别从宏观环境(PEST)、行业环境和竞争对手等方面,分析了企业的外部环境
四是,骄鹏物探设备公司内部资源与能力分析。在调查的基础上,从公司概况、
组织结构、管理基础、财务状况、技术研发、人才队伍和市场营销等方面,分析
了企业自身状况。五是,骄鹏物探设备公司发展战略选择。结合对公司外部环境
的分析,发现存在的机会和威胁;通过公司内部资源与能力分析,明确公司自-身

ABSTRACT
With China's rapid economic development,energy,resource demands increase,
infrastructure construction investment is huge. It has put forward higher requirements
for the geophysical exploration industry,has created a rare opportunity for the
development of geophysical prospecting equipment industry. Under this background,
reasons for the in-depth analysis and produce geopen companies own problems; to
enterprise management theory as a guide,scientifically formulate future development
strategy geopen company; for geopen companies seize the opportunity, accelerate
development, has the important practical significance, to push China's geophysical
equipment industry bigger and stronger, with certain reference significance. ‘
This paper is divided into five parts. The first part,the introduction part, mainly
introduced the background, the research goal and the significance, domestic and
foreign research present situation analysis and research ideas, contents, methods;
second part, research on basic theory of strategic management, defines the strategic
management theory and some basic concept, category. The strategic management
theory development history, different schools, and calendar function strategy analysis;
the third part, introduces the present situation of strategic management geopen
geophysical equipment company, including the basic situation of the company, the
company products and development,operations and sales. Then analyzes the
company strategy, and points out the strategic management problems. The fourth part,
analyze geopen geophysical equipment company's internal and external environment,
and put forward development strategies geopen geophysical equipment company's
