本文以中国工商银行 LNS 分行为研究对象,对其绩效评价体系进行研
究。首先阐述了 LNS 分行的发展概况以及绩效评价现状,并指出现有的评
价体系存在的缺陷。其次是从宏观和微观两方面对 LNS 分行经营绩效的影
响因素进行了探讨,为了应对这些变化带来的挑战,结合 LN 分行实际情况
设计了绩效评价体系,主要从战略制定、市场拓展等几个方面选取指标,在
设计的过程中,不仅分析了评价指标选择的原则,而且说明了各个指标反映
的内容及意义。利用层次分析法确定各个指标的权重,结合模糊评价法对
LNS 分行的银行绩效进行综合评价。最后,根据评价体系的计算结果可以
直观的看出银行绩效总体水平的高低,有利于找出 LNS 分行绩效管理的弱
点环节所在,从而提出解决措施,使其加强薄弱环节的绩效管理,提高制定
战略的能力及服务能力等,使得 LNS 分行整体绩效管理水平会得到进一步
的提高。

Abstract
Along with our country’s financial market was opened fully, the operating
environment of commercial banks in domestic have changed profound, in this
grim situation, commercial banks want to survive and develop, it is necessary to
take positive and effective measures. Commercial banks performance evaluation
system is core component of the commercial banks internal control system, not
only provides the basis for the establishment of the bank employee incentive
mechanism, but also direct the business development in the future for the
managers and all staffs. It is important for LNS branch of the industrial and
commercial bank of china to evaluate the operating performance. It is helpful to
improve their core competitiveness and management level, optimize the
resources distribution of funds and promote it sustained, stable and healthy
development.
In this paper, LNS branch of the industrial and commercial bank of China as
the research object, and I study the performance evaluation system. Firstly I
elaborated the general situation of the development and the performance
evaluation of the status of LNS branch, as well as I point out the flaws of the
evaluation system. Secondly I discuss the performance influence factors of LNS
branch from macro and micro in this paper, in response to the challenges posed
by these changes, combined with the actual situation of LNS branch performance
evaluation system is designed, mainly from several aspects, such as strategy
development, market development indicators. In the process of designing, not
only analyze the choosing principle of evaluation index, but also illustrate the
various indicators reflect the content and significance. The analytic hierarchy
process is used to determine the weights of every index, combined with fuzzy-III-
evaluation method to evaluate performance of LNS branch. Finally, according to
the evaluation system of the calculation results can intuitive see bank
performance overall level of high and low, to find out the weakness link of
performance management in LNS branch, thus I puts forward the measures to
strengthen the weak link of performance management, improve the ability of
strategy formulation and the service ability and so on, makes the LNS branch will
improve the performance management level in the future.
