摘 要
NN 电信分公司隶属于中国电信股份有限公司,是一家省会级电信全业务运营
商。近年来,随着国家对三大运营商 3G 牌照的发放以及三网融合的推进,市场竞
争更加激烈,电信行业已经从异质竞争全面转向为同质竞争。NN 电信分公司在当
前电信行业增速放缓、面临多家全业务运营商的竞争环境下,“渠道为王、渠道致
胜”这一元素更尤为突出,公司的渠道能力水平已经成为电信行业的第一核心竞
争力。
为此,本文以 NN 电信分公司作为研究对象,对该公司当前的渠道能力进行
较为全面、系统和深入的分析,并结合渠道管理理论基础,从渠道人力结构、渠
道能力分布、渠道绩效应用效果、渠道运作流程支撑等方面进行系统的综合分析。
本文通过大量的一线调研获取的实际资料并经相关理论分析和实践运作相结合,
确保渠道能力分析的实际应用价值。本文的研究结果希望能够对 NN 电信分公司
公司在渠道能力提升方面提供现实指导作用。

ABSTRACT
NN Telecommunication branch, under the jurisdiction of China Telecom
Corporation Limited, is a provincial full-service telecom operator. In recent years, with
the issue of 3G licenses to the three major telecommunications operators by Chinese
government, as well as the progress in integrating telecom, broadcasting and Internet
networks, the market competition becomes increasingly fierce, resulting in the
competition form of telecom industry turning from homogeneous to heterogeneous. In
the circumstance of facing with slower growth in telecom industry and competing with
more full-service operators, the strategy “Channel is king, channel gets the upper hand”
becomes more significant, therefore the channel capacity level of the company has been
the core competence in the telecom industry.
In this paper, taking NN Telecommunication branch as the research object, we
make a comprehensive, systematic, and thorough analysis on the current channel
capacity of the company. Combining channel management as theoretical fundamental,
we further comprehensively analyze the channel human structure, channel capacity
distribution, channel performance application effect, channel operation process support,
and so on. Based on the large amounts of data obtained from frontline research, we
ensure channel capacity analysis to have practical application value through theoretical
analysis and actual operation. We hope that the research results here can play a practical
guidable role on improving the channel capacity of NN Telecommunication branch.
