总承包企、丨k。为了抓丨K发展机遇,改变制约企业进步发展的种种弊端,需要对
企业的战略进行系统个i(i丨的分析和研究。
木论文只分为六个部分,第部分介绍了研究的竹说和总义;第二部分简

宏观环境和行业环境;笫四部分研究了企业的内部环境和价位链分析;第五部分

据企业发展现状,将总得战略卜I标分解为::个阶段件■仃务;第六部分对战略的具
体实施措施和保障做了详细的分析。
本文力求联系实际、简明扼耍,文章对发展战略的研究和分析,对i—i有相似

ABSTRACT
Development strategy reflects the direction and goal of an enterprise and thus is
of great importance to an enterprise. Huaihe River Water Conservancy Construction
Co., LTD. is a local company engaging in turnkey projects of water conservancy and
hydropower construction. Using Huaihe Company as a case, this paper aims to
formulate the developmental strategy for the company on the basis of systematic
analyses of the potential opportunities and threats to the firm development, and of the
firm's strengths and weaknesses.
This paper is organized into six parts. In the first part, I introduce research
background and objectives, and then briefly describe some relevant theories and
analysis tools in the second part. In the following two parts, we first analyze external
environment the company faces, including macro environment and industry
environment, and then investigate the company's internal strengths and weaknesses
conducting value chain analysis. Using SWOT, we develop the strategic goal, and
decompose the overall goal into a three-stage task in the fifth part. Finally, we discuss
the detailed implementation tactics to implement the strategy.
This paper aims to provide the practical direction for Huaihe Company. The
methods of analyzing and formulating the developmental strategy we use in the paper
can also be applied to small and medium water conservancy construction enterprises.
