摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展和推广应用,社会步入信息时代,商务
数据在最近几年成几何倍数增长。这些数据只有通过一定的技术手段
才能转化为有价值的信息或者知识,数据中心的出现,为数据及时转
化成对企业生产经营有价值的信息提供了一条很好的途径。为应对激
烈的市场竞争压力,提高对信息的及时处理和掌握能力,在烟草行业
现行体制下,益阳市烟草公司通过数据中心系统的建设,是提高自身
核心竞争力的的一项有力举措。
益阳市烟草公司已实施建立了自己的业务系统,但数据展现形式
单一,对历史数据利用率不高,缺乏灵活分析的功能。通过数据中心
的设计与实现,解决了原有业务系统的缺陷,其多维的分析功能能帮
助企业发掘数据中所隐藏的问题与规律,灵活的数据粒度、独特的分
析思路以及丰富的展现形式,可以为企业管理人员提供很好的决策支
持。
本文以益阳市烟草公司为研究对象,首先简要的介绍了本文的研
究内容与逻辑结构,并阐述了数据中心相关理论与技术及其借鉴,再
从益阳市烟草公司信息化建设现状着手,对目前存在的问题进行了分
析,得出实施数据中心的必要性,最后阐述了益阳市烟草公司数据中
心的具体设计与实现以及相应的保障措施。
本文的研究对国内烟草商业企业具有较高的参考价值和借鉴作
用,对于大中型企业数据中心系统的建设也有一定的指导作用。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of information technology and the
popularization and application of the society into the information age,

Tobacco Company of Yiyang City, begins with a brief introduction
to the content and logical structure, and expounded the theory of data
center technology and its reference, and then proceed from the tobacco
companies in Yiyang City Informatization Status, problems come to the
necessity of the implementation of the data center, finally elaborated the
specific design and realization of Yiyang City, the tobacco company's
