摘要
自从20世纪90年代以来,供应链管理以其满足顾客多样化需求和
适应全球制造的特点而作为一种新型的管理模式,得到了企业的广泛
推广。建立供应链企业的战略伙伴关系是实现供应链管理的最高目
标。企业得以生存和发展的基础是产品的质量。在进入21世纪之后,
对供应商产品质量管理理论的研究更加快速。目前对供应商产品质量
控制的研究已较成熟。但是在我国汽车车桥行业中,对供应商产品质
量控制的研究还明显滞后。为此,作者结合工作实践,拟对衡阳风顺
车桥有限公司供应商产品质量管理进行较深入的研究。
论文介绍了供应商理论和供应商产品质量管理理论,在理论回顾
的基础上,对公司衡阳风顺车桥有限供应商产品质量管理现状进行了
分析,找出了该公司在供应商产品质量管理方面存在的不足,旨为公
司提出供应商选择、评价、激励和持续改进、供应商产品质量控制等
方面的管理设计方案,提出了设计方案的具体实施办法和保障措施,
从而更好地实现供应商产品质量管理在衡阳风顺车桥有限公司的贯
彻与实施。
论文在撰写过程中,力求将理论与实践相结合,运用供应商理论
和供应商产品质量管理理论,结合公司的实际情况,力求设计出切实
可行的供应商产品质量管理方案,为公司的发展尽绵薄之力,并对汽
车车桥行业供应商产品质量管理有所借鉴。

ABSTRACT
Since the 1990s, supply chain management has been widely
promoted as a new management mode of the enterprise for its'
characteristics of meeting customers' various demands and adapting to
the global manufacturing. Building strategic partnership with supply
chain enterprise is the highest goal of supply chain management. Product'
quality is the basis of enterprise survival and development. With 21st
century coming, the theoretical research of supplier quality management
has been developed rapidly. At present, the supplier quality control
studies have been relatively matured. But in China's automobile axle
industry, the supplier quality control study also significantly behind the
international advanced level, therefore, the writer combines personal
practical experience, studying and researching supplier quality
management of Hengyang Fengshun Automobile Axle Co.,Ltd.
This paper introduces the supplier theory and supplier product
quality management theory, analyzing the current state and existing
problems of supplier product quality management of Hengyang Fengshun
Automobile Axle Co., Ltd. The author puts forward the management
plans of selection, evaluation motivation and continual improvement of
supplier product quality management so that the supplier quality
management will be better in Hengyang Fengshun Automobile Axle Co.,
Ltd.
In the process of writing this paper, the author combines theory
with practice, using the supplier theory and supplier product quality
management theory, combining actual conditions of Hengyang Fengshun
Automobile Axle Co., LTD., making practical management projects of
supplier product quality management, drawing lessons from supplier
product quality management in axle industry and exhausting a power for
the company.
