摘要
科技型民营中小企业有较强的科技研究开发能力,正逐步成为我国国民经济
的生力军,是经济增长的重要推动力。
技术创新在科技企业发展中的作用日益突出,实际上从战略职能的角度来
看,技术创新战略已突破了底层次战略的“正确地做事”的界定,要求具有帮助
企业“做正确的事”的作用。
科技企业在确定技术创新战略类型的时候,需要综合考虑环境分析法和核心
竞争力。
本文研究了宏国公司这样一个科技型中小企业,通过PEST,SCP分析模
型以及SWOT分析等方法,重点研究了公司在转型和寻找新突破口的阶段的内、
外部环境及市场情况,提出了较为可行的创新和发展战略。在新的特种砂架领域
在转型期间考虑到技术创新战略层次和职能的变化,对技术创新战略的实施期望
结果加以总结,重新划分科技企业技术创新的战略为:即追求技术目标的技术创
新战略和追求经济目标的技术创新战略。
这样制定的科技企业技术创新战略方能做到运筹帷幄,决胜千里。

Abstract
High-tech private SMEs have strong scientific and technological research and
development capabilities. They are becoming a new force of China's national
economy and important engine of economic growth,
Technological innovation in the high-tech SMEs development plays an
increasingly prominent role. In fact, from the perspective of strategic functions,
technological innovation strategy has been broken the limit of the strategy level.
Doing things right has been required to help companies do the right thing.
Technology companies shall take into account of various environmental analysis
and core competitiveness, when choosing the technology innovation strategies.
Considering the change about the level and function of technological innovations,
this article gives the expected result of the implementation of the strategy of
technological innovation, and divides these innovation strategies as followings: the
technological innovation strategy for the pursuit of technical objectives,and the
technological innovation strategy for the pursuit of economic objectives.
The technological innovation strategy under this way will make the high-tech
SMEs succeeding in a long way.
