Abstract
Besides the 2012 China's automotive production and sales data released, China Once again
set a new world record. China's auto production and sales for four years to maintain the No.l
position of the world. Top automotive manufacturers all consider China as the key developing
market, and constantly improve the speed of localize latest car models in China. Besides the
localize speed become more and more fast, the development term for local automotive parts
enterprises are shorted.
Whether the project schedule can meet automotive manufacture requirement became the
key measure factor in the bidding phrase. When the automotive parts enterprises submit tender,
they need submit project schedule at the same time. Then automotive manufacture will check the
possibility and reliability of the schedule. After these, they start price negotiation and make
decision nominate which supplier. So whether the schedule can meet the customer requirement
will determine win or not in the bidding phrase, also it can largely impact the project operation if
琴et project.
This article discussed the project schedule management on the basis of relevant theories.
Use schedule perapartaion of the new Octavia front wiper motor development project in
company V as an example. Firstly, build work breakdown structure(WBS) according to the
project processes. Second validated the adequacy and rationality by check the work result. Third
divide responsibilities by use the organization breakdown structure. Then create network
diagram and identify the critical path. In the end finish the preparation of project schedule. After
this, enterprises can quick response to customer demand and submit a reasonable and
controllable project schedule to win the project and the smooth implement the project.
