摘要
上市公司是当前我国最具发展优势的群体,实现上市公司的可持续发展不仅保证
了企业的核心竞争力,还能够有效促进我国资本市场健康、稳定地发展。但是,当前
我国大部分上市公司根本无法实现可持续发展,不但制约了自身的发展,也阻碍了资
本市场的稳定发展。
基础管理薄弱成为我国企业快速发展的一大障碍。上市公司在众多企业中虽然具
有自己独特的优势,但是基础管理仍是阻碍其实现可持续发展的重要障碍因素。所以,
本文从基础管理角度出发,探讨上市公司实现可持续发展的基础管理对策。
论文主体由四个部分组成,第一部分是相关理论研究,包括企业基础管理的界定、
企业可持续发展理论概述。第二部分从基础管理薄弱、上市公司重心转为资本市场表
现、上市公司内部人控制三个方面,描述上市公司基础管理薄弱及原因。第三部分主
要论述基础管理对上市公司的重要影响:基本作用、降低成本实现规模效应、绩效影
响、核心竞争力的培育。
文章的重点是第四部分,主要是针对当前上市公司基础管理薄弱提出的相应对
策,从基础管理角度出发建设企业的核心竞争能力。企业核心竞争力的建设主要体现
在产品核心竞争力、信息技术核心能力、企业核心文化三个方面。通过基础管理工作
形成企业核心竞争力,在形成企业核心竞争力的同时,实现上市公司的可持续发展。

ABSTRACT
The listed company is the most development community in china.If the listed
company can realize the sustaniable development.it can ensure the core competitiveness of
the enterprise and can promote the capital market e￡fectively.However,the most of listed
company can not realize the sustaniable development,it not only restricted their
development,but also restricted the development of the capital market.
The weak of basic management has become a barrier in the development of
enterprise.Though the listed company has its own advantage,however,the weak of basic
management still a hinder of sustaniable development.This paper discuss how the listed
company realize the sustaniable development by basic management.
This paper consist of four parts,the first part is theories.Firstly,this paper defines the
meaning and characteristic of the basic management.Secondly,this paper discuss the
connnotation and characteristic of the sustaniable development.The second part discuss the
basic management.lt has three parts,one is the weak of basic management performance,the
other is the center of listed company convert into capital market,the last is the insider
control of listed company.The third part discuss the impotant influence of basic
management in the devlopment of the listed company.The influence performanced in basic
role, achieving scale effect,the fmacial performance and cultivation of the core
competence.
The focus is the fourth part.This part discuss the way to solve the problem.The listed
company construct its core competitiveness on the foundation of basic management.The
core competence including the competitiveness of products,informantion technology and
enterprise culture.Then,the listed company realize the sustaniable development on the base
of the core competitive.
