摘要中小微企业在我国国民经济中扮演着重要角色。但一直以来,中小微企业主都忽略了对公司发展战略的重视。理论研究与实践都证明,缺乏长远发展战略规划和方向的企业长不大、消亡快。随着中小微企业面临的市场竞争更加激烈,如何充分发挥中小微企业的优势和核心竞争力,促进企业不断做大做强,已成为中小微企业急需解决的问题,而这些都离不开有效的战略管理。与传统行业相比,电子科技行业的中小微企业存在着高成长性与高风险性并存的特点。长沙胜航信息科技公司是一家以计算机软硬件开发,系统集成、信息网络技术服务以及无线充电设备研发与制造等为主营业务的信息科技企业。当前,公司面临着在传统OA市场和新兴的无线充电设备市场发展壮大的挑战,在传统领域,大企业利用品牌规模优势对市场份额蚕食已让公司对未来感到担忧,在新兴市场,技术壁垒以及缺乏行业经验成为影响公司业务转型成败的关键。本文以公司战略管理理论为指导,综合运用PEST分析模型、波特五力竞争模型以及SWOT分析模型等工具,分析讨论了胜航信息科技有限公司的发展现状和存在的问题,对公司在传统业务市场和新兴市场上的竞争环境进行了系统判断,结合公司的实际情况,从主要竞争战略、品牌经营战略和营销战略等三个方面制定了企业的发展战略,并提出了具体的实施步骤与相关保障措施。关键词信息科技,中小微企业,经营战略,无线充电设备ABSTRACTSmall and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play an important rolein our national economy. Currently, the company is facing challenges togrow and develop in the traditional OA markets and emerging wirelesspower equipment market. In traditional areas, large enterprises takingadvantage of the brand scale erode the market share makes the companyworried about the future of in emerging markets, technical barriers andlack of experience in the industry as the key to affect the success ofbusiness transformation. In this paper, under the guide of company'sstrategic management theory, integrated use of PEST analysis model,tools such as Porter's five forces competitive model and SWOT analysismodel, analyzed and discussed the development status and existingproblems of Sheng Hang Information Technology Co., Ltd., discussed thecompany's traditional business market and competitive environment inthe emerging markets, combined with the actual situation of the company,develop the business development strategy including three maincompetitive strategy, brand management, strategy and marketing strategy,and specific implementation steps in the end.KEY WORDS Information Technology, SMEs, Business Strategy,Wireless Power Devices
