摘 要
信息化是企业提升竞争力的重要手段之一,也是实现企业创新的
重要支持技术。信息技术的战略价值表现在它不仅可用于提高企业的
业务运作效率,还可在整合组织和社会资源中发挥越来越重要的作
用,因此,随着信息技术的飞速发展,越来越多的企业通过信息化手
段推动企业管理变革,从而提高企业的核心竞争力。
长期以来,由于信息化整体规划的缺失,企业信息化建设都是以
解决业务发生过程的实际问题为目标,从而形成了大量的互相独立的
信息化应用系统。多系统的并存,使企业信息化不同程度的存在信息
孤岛、数据冗余、重复建设、流程断裂等等问题,使企业信息化建设
的推进变得越来越艰难。如何通过有效的信息集成方式合理的解决以
上诸多的问题,是每个企业必须认真思考的课题。
本文结合一家大型制药企业的信息化应用现状及需求,选择了薪
酬管理系统集成的角度,以信息集成化理论、信息规划理论、薪酬管
理理论等为指导思想,通过走访调查,深入了解了该公司薪酬管理信
息化的现状,对其所存在的问题进行了详细的分析,从而得出了薪酬
管理信息化的总体需求,在此基础上,对系统进行了重新的规划、设
计、推广和应用。该系统的应用能满足该企业薪酬管理的实际需求,
有利于提高企业人员的薪酬管理效率,提升企业员工的满意度,也为
后续信息化系统的建设提供宝贵的实践经验。II

Informatization is one of the important means to improve the
competitiveness of enterprises, is the important support technology of
enterprise innovation. the strategic value of information technology in it

For a long time, due to the lack of overall planning, enterprise
information construction is to address business process of the practical
problems as the goal, thus forming a large amount of information
application system of independent each other . Multiple systems coexist,
make the enterprise information information island, the existence of
different degree of data redundancy, redundant construction, fracture
process and so on questions, make the enterprise informationization
advancement is becoming more and more difficult. How to through
effective information integration way reasonable solve a lot of problems,
the above is the task that every enterprise must think seriously about.
In this paper, combining with a large pharmaceutical enterprise
information technology application status and needs, choose the angle of
compensation management system integration, using information
integration theory, information planning theory, compensation
management theory as the guiding ideology, through visits to investigate
in-depth understanding of the company's remuneration information
technology situation, the problems it carried out a detailed analysis to
arrive at the overall compensation management information needs, on this
basis, the system has been re-planning, design, promotion and application
systems.System application to meet the actual demand of the enterprise
salary management, improve the efficiency of the enterprise personnel
salary management, enhance the enterprise staff's satisfaction, also for the
subsequent information system construction provides valuable practical
experience .
