摘要
经济圈是指一定区域范围内的经济组织实体,是生产布局的一种区域组
合形式,主要从区域的资源、经济技术条件和政府的宏观管理出发,组成某
种具有内在联系的区域产业配置圈。通过经济圈的形式组织经济活动,将有
利于充分发挥经济圈“核心”的作用,有利于经济圈内从事经营活动的企业
实现跨行业的专业化协作,使整个区域的整体功能得到良好发挥
近年来,云南省民航运输也实现了跨越式发展,客货运输吞吐量一直保
持快速增长势头。2012年6月28円,昆明长水国际机场顺利转场运营启用
目前已初步形成以昆明为核心,省内与周边省际和东南亚、南亚的三级轮辖
式及城市对式结构互补的航线网络,且形成了以昆明区域性枢纽机场为主的
机场集群。2012年6月28日一 2013年6月27 R,昆明长水国际机场完成
航班运输起降22. 7万架次,同比增长16. 8%;旅客吞吐量达2654力‘余人次,
同比增长15. 2%;货邮吞吐量达28. 66万吨,同比增长5.9%。可见,昆明长
水国际机场的投入使用,极大改善了云南民航运输基础设施状况,为运输业
务量的持续提升提供了有力的支撑与保障
本文综合运用科学研究方法,如:文献检索和评论、实地调查研究方法、
比较分析和历史演变趋势分析方法等方法,参考国内外临空经济发展和空港
经济区建设的成功经验,分析航空带动模式、物流带动模式、产业链推动模
式、园区发展模式和产业集群模式。进行了 PEST、SWOT分析,并结合经济
圈定义,从区域资源、经济技术条件和政府的宏观管理出发进行多方面论证
提出了昆明长水国际机场经济圈一体化运营的产业布局和发展模式
通过本文,笔者希望能够通过以昆明长水国际机场为核心进行经济圈建
设,并实行一体化发展,在实现云南省民航运输业快速发展的同时,有效整
合航空产业,促进航空产业集群化发展,完善航空产业链,实现不同产业间
的分工协作与有效对接,有效提升航空产业发展水平与效益,并对云南省地
方经济发展做出积极贡献

Abstract
Economic Circle refers to a certain region within economic entity, also a
form of regional combination of production distribution, mainly from the
regional resources, economic and technological conditions, and the
government's macro management, and constitute some have internal relation of
regional industry configuration. Through Economic Circle in the form of
organization of economic activity, will be conducive to give full play to the
core role of the Economic Circle, and may conducive to Economic Circle
inside the enterprises engaged in business activities to realize cross-
industryspecialization collaboration, make the whole function of the whole area
to get a good play.
In recent years, the civil aviation transportation in Yunnan province
achieved to the leap development of the passenger and cargo transportation
throughput has maintained rapid growth momentum. On June 28,2012,Kunming
Changshui International Airport operation smooth transitions. Has initially
formed in Kunming as the core, in the province and the surrounding provinces
and southeast Asia, South Asia level 3 hub and spokes route network and city
structure complementarily, and formed a cluster mainly regional hub airport in
Kunming airport. On June 28,2012 - June 27, 2013,Kunming Changshui
International Airport complete flights transportation vehicles 22.7, up 16.8%;
Throughput of more than 26.54 million passengers, up 15.2%; Goods or
throughput of 286600 tons, up 5.9% from a year earlier. Visible, Kunming
Changshui International Airport put into use, greatly improve the Yunnan civil
aviation transport infrastructure, for transportation business provides strong
support and guarantee the continued ascent.
In this paper, the integrated use of scientific research methods, such as
literature search and review, field investigation research method, comparative
analysis and historical evolution trend analysis method, etc. International
airport and airport economic zone economic development at home and abroad
in
and referring to the successful experience of the construction, analysis of air
driven mode, drive mode, industry chain drive mode, logistics park development
mode and industrial cluster mode. And the PEST and SWOT analysis put
forward the Kunming Changshui International Airport Economic Circle
industrylayout and development of the integrated operation mode.
In this article, the author hopes to through Kunming Changshui
International Airport economic construction as the core, and implement the
integration of development, in the implementation of the rapid development of
civil aviation transportation industry in Yunnan province at the same time, the
effective integration of industry, promote the development of the aviation
industry clustering, perfect the aviation industry chain, realize the collaboration
between different industries and effective docking, effectively enhance the level
of aviation industry development and benefit, and the local economic
development to make positive contributions in Yunnan province.
