宝山有色矿山技术创新战略研究
摘要:从发达国家的经验以及我国矿山企业的发展来看,传统的矿山开采
技术为矿山企业创造了较好的经济效益,尤其是近年来矿产资源价格不断
上涨,更加剌激了矿产资源的开发,但另一方面,传统矿山开采过程也使
矿山环境受到巨大的污染与破坏,且其所引发地质灾害也较为严重。因此,
传统矿山企业的开采方式引起的环境破坏已成为影响我国社会可持续发展
的一个重要问题。在当前条件下,矿山企业如何通过技术创新提高企业竞
争力,同时做好环境保护,已成为矿山企业可持续发展的一项重要课题。
创新是企业发展的源泉和动力,本文聚焦于矿山技术创新,秉承“可
持续发展”的企业战略,将可持续发展思想引入到技术创新战略管理中来,
以提高技术创新工作的质量和效果,从而达到推动矿山企业发展并防止环
境破坏的目的。
本文以宝山有色为例,结合可持续发展理论、技术创新理论和企业战
略理论,采用技术创新战略的理论框架“企业战略外部环境分析——企业内
部战略条件分析——企业技术创新战略的制定——战略实施”,首先从宏观
经济环境、行业环境、政策环境、法律环境等方面对企业的外部环境进行
了分析,其次对企业内在条件进行分析,通过SWOT分析,找出宝山有色技术
创新的优势、劣势、机会和威胁;然后是企业技术创新战略的制定,包括战
略定位和战略目标,同时结合自身实际,基于合作联盟的技术创新战略构
建了宝山有色CSTC技术创新战略模式;最后是企业技术创新战略的实施与
评价,并指出了宝山有色技术创新战略的完善思路。本文对宝山有色在新
的发展时期,将可持续发展理念与技术创新战略有机结合,是一个有价值
的探索和尝试,为实现宝山有色的可持续发展提供一定的理论指导和实践
参考价值。

Research of technology innovation strategy of Baoshan Mine
ABSTRACT: From the experience of the developed countries as well as exploration of
development of China's mining enterprises, mining traditional technology
created a better economic benefit for mining enterprises, especially with the
rising prices of mineral resources in recent years, it stimulated the development
of mineral resources.But on the other hand, mining process of traditional mine
leads to more environment pollution,huge destruction and geological hazards.
Therefore,the destruction of environment caused by the mining enterprises
mining technology has become an important issue of social sustainable
development in China. Under current conditions, mining enterprises have to
improve the competitiveness of enterprises through technological innovation, at
the same time, do a good job of environmental protection.
Innovation is the source and motive force of enterprise development. This
paper focuses on mining technology innovation, adhering to the sustainable
development strategy, the idea of sustainable development into the strategic
management of technology innovation, to improve the quality and effect of the
technique innovation, so as to promote the development of mining enterprises
and to prevent the destruction of the environment to.
In this paper, taking Baoshan Mining as example, combined with the
theory of sustainable development, the theory of technology innovation and the
enterprise strategy theory, the theoretical framework of technology innovation
strategy of enterprise strategy ,we make an analysis of the external environment
~ internal strategic condition analysis一enterprise technology innovation
strategy formulation ~ implementation of the strategy, first has carried on the
analysis from the aspects of the macroeconomic environment, industry
environment, the policy environment, legal environment, the external
environment of the enterprise; secondly, we analyze the internal conditions of
enterprises, through the SWOT analysis, find out the advantage of Baoshan
Mining technological innovation, weakness, opportunities and threats; and then
formulate the enterprise technology innovation strategy, including strategic
positioning and strategic objectives, combined with their own actual, alliance of
technological innovation strategic construction of Baoshan Ming technological
innovation strategy model based on CSTC; finally,the last part is the
implementation and evaluation of enterprise technology innovation strategy, and
points out the perfect idea of Baoshan Mining metals technology innovation
strategy. The Baoshan Mining metals is a valuable exploration and attempt and
lay the theoretical foundation for the realization of the sustainable development
of Baoshan Mining with tiie sustainable development of the organic combination
of theory and technology innovation strategy in the new period of development.
